Super attentive staff and very efficient and quick trade in process. In and out in 20 minutes! No pressure sales or anything like that just painted out the options and let us decide which best suited our needs, even steering us away from spending more money when we didn't "need to".

I visited this store the day after launch of the launch of iPhone 15. It was very busy but the staff were so friendly and happy that it made the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable. Loved it. Definitely recommend people visiting this store.

I called in here yesterday to check out the new iPhones and watch and even though the store was extremely busy it was spacious enough to move around.

Like any Apple Store, this is a pleasant place to get a hands on with a load of Apple products. Note that they do have products on display there that aren’t actually available to buy (e.g., certain Apple Watch straps). The staff are attentive and helpful.

Mobile phone purchase. Apple quality comes at a price but personal attention and advice second to none.

My son and I go in here frequently - to look at the products, but mostly to take part in their today at Apple teaching sessions.
These are really interesting and an opportunity to learn how to use apps and the products in ways you may not otherwise know.
Procreate for drawing, iMovie for movies... taking photos, creating soundtracks in GarageBand and more... and they are not just limited to being in the store - sometimes you go on a walk about in Bath for a project :)

Great Service! I received a faulty iPhone 14 pro max and after consulting with the Genius Bar with a friendly assistant I was given a replacement iPhone 14 pro max. It was quick and simple.

I had a problem with my iPhone 13. Jess at the Bath shop through a process of elimination sorted the problem. She was very efficient, professional and polite

Despite being early we were seen quickly. Although the appointment was for 15 mins the sales assistant stayed with us for nearly an hour. He gave good sound advice including the best and cheapest way to buy the items decided upon.

Wife had her iPhone screen replaced. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic. The team here are brilliant, especially right now as they diligently work to keep their customers and staff safe. Expect top level service asking how to be helped outside the shop, followed by a temperature check before being led to a perfectly socially distanced station to discuss your needs with a consultant. Brilliant product assistance, fast and honest help and generally a pleasant shopping experience all around. Even highlighted all the extra offers I could get without prompting which saved me a mighty quid or two!!

Large spacious apple store as you would expect

So happy to find this place when I needed to buy a new charger for my laptop. I was there super early but didn't have to wait and staff member was helpful... mostly cos she was on the same wavelength as me. I was out of there in about 5 minutes. You have to pay for bags though... I am still not used to this and only asked for a bag after she assumed I didn't want one and didn't offer.

Very very happy with the service they provided for me here yesterday (27th Jan 2017). I had my phone battery replaced as my handset was one of the affected phones which suffered from the unexpected shutdown issues. It was taken and replaced within two hours. The staff were we're all friendly and helpful.

Staff 10/10: i wanted ti charge my phone and they shorted it out in a second. Lovely people
