Verey good reasonable prices helpful staff

Really helpful staff! Went above and beyond.

C.E.X is the only place we go for games, dad's etc. Friendly and helpful staff.

The lady at the counter was friendly when I returned a faulty headset, she managed to give me a credit note so brought a new one and it works perfectly now. Maybe the one at Exchange Walk Nottingham should be checking there products better as the right hand side didn’t produce any sound.

Friendly staff, spacious store which somewhat surprised me as I thought there would be more shelfing for all the stuff they buy and sell. Ashame the rest of the shopping centre wasn't as nice looking as the cex there.

A good range of software for many consoles .
DVD sets were a fair price.

Great staff. Helpful and had some good knowledge. It was nice to have a chat with some guys who knew something instead of just staring at them thinking "what? How are you believing what you're trying to tell me".

Store is laid out nicely to, spacious and airy.

I recently took some Computer Towers in to sell. The guys were very helpful and friendly. They sent me my in store voucher by email so I didn't have to go back in to the store. It was a smooth process overall. Would recommend.

Been several times now and cannot fault the place. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. A good range of stock. The prices can vary pretty quickly but this is due to supply and demand. Worth downloading the CEX app to also check stock availability etc.

Bought an iMac 27" from the Nottingham store, couldn't get it to load. ( Keyboard and mouse faulty ). I asked several questions about the unit before I purchased it and was reliably informed that it would do all things I wanted. Not so. So I returned it via the Ilkeston store. They couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. So thank they for me. Well done.

I used this store for the first time a few weeks ago, have to say I am impressed with how they work.

Having never taken items in for trading before I had no idea what to expect. But Sam who was the first guy I dealt with was superb. He explained everything and then it was all straightforward and simple.

So much so that I have been back three more times with a load of stuff I never use, currently I am trading in for store credit as you get more money for your items.

Love the fact that you can buy items and CEX provide a two year warranty for have them. Everyhing is checked as it comes in which can take up to 24 - 48 hours depending on how busy they are.

Another great feature is that they are not afraid to show there pricing structure.

What they will buy at for cash, buy for store credit and what they will sell it on for. It is a very open and honest business model.

I was amazed to find out that they give better prices fir video games than "Game" whi is dead opposite them at the Ilkeston branch.

Worth a visit just to check out all the stuff they have here.

Always enjoy a trip here. The step son wanted to trade some games for a new one and we got a fairly decent deal. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

😀 The staff in my local store area (Ilkeston) is polite and respectful to me. Once (In July 2017) I asked one of the staff about how long does the money back guarantee last. I was told it's 24 months (2 years) and I was completely over the moon (Most different places over the UK lasts between 1 week up until 6 months). (In 2018) I asked one of them to let me take a closer look at the video game (released for the original NES) called "Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles" and he did it. Infact all of you guys have all ways treated me with respect since my first visit back in July 2017 and I will come again to visit you guys when ever I can. Keep up the good work. 😀
