From beginning to end of our new flooring process, Lawrence and his team couldn't have been more helpful, informative and obliging. Being undecided about what style of flooring would best suit our needs, Lawrence talked us through the alternatives - laminates, vinyals and engineered wood - so patiently, helping us come to a firm decision. We went for a smoked grey wood floor and it is immaculate and gorgeous! A huge thankyou Lawrence and all at Jordan's flooring!

We have literally had all our carpet for 3 bedrooms, landing, stairs and flooring land everywhere else. Being a busy household we had to do it in stages which was run really smoothly and at our pace. I few glitches but was sorted out in speedy time. I have used Jordan Flooring many times for our house in the last 21 years and cannot fault them on service or price very competitive. Lawrence came out to meet with me and gave me useful advice on the Amtico flooring and styles. I received a very competitive quotation and they were fantastic in locking in a fitting date around my other trades. Nick fit my flooring and was very polite, courteous and a delight to have working in the house. He gave me advice on which the floor should be laid and wasn’t phased by the issues that arose from previous trades around the floor. Jordan flooring fit my carpet and engineered wooden floor in my previous house, so when we moved, it was a no brainier as to who we would use. They are professional and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Helpful from start....due to builder issues my end, nothing to do with flooring I have had to delay fitting several times, always polite, helpful and understanding. Looking forward to seeing finished result, but so far highly recommended to all and much cheaper then other companies.

Update 01/09/2023 : Still very highly recommended. Floor and carpet supplied and fitted are brilliant. One minor issue due to no ones fault but resolved with 100% customer service in mind. I still continue to recommend to all. Thank you.

We have just had a new floor laid by Paul and Luke from Jordan. They did an excellent job that was a lot more difficult than anticipated. They went that bit extra to ensure we had a wonderful new floor and new skirting boards

Luke fitted our flooring and he did a amazing job , he worked very hard all day he was polite and cleaned up afterwards . We definitely recommend Jordan’s and will be using them again
