Ryman Stationery

I came in to Rymans Preston to get some table plan cards printed that I had designed. I was so lucky to find Tracy. She immediately invested all of her time in to helping me find the right colour, and weight of paper stock to have my seating plans printed, after multiple versions and test runs we got them printed and she kindly offered to help me cut them on her new guillotine after I enquired about a scalpel. She was more then happy to spend her time carefully cutting out all of the cards to the highest possible standards. Tracy was beyond helpful and I can't thank her enough for all of her help and advice. It sounds like a small thing but, she went well out of her way to help me and I'm hugely appreciative.

Joanne and Vikki were fantastic! Went above and beyond to help me out with my scrap booking project. They were so friendly & professional, even with a shop full of people! As well as offering excellent printing services, there is also a lovely well priced selection of scrapbooking items and embellishments. I called in to ask for advice in relation to a number Parker fountain pens formerly owned by my parents. The friendly, and knowledgeable Sharon and Vicki supervisory staff did their best to identify the pen models and offer suggestions as to the best way for me to deal with and dispose of the pens. Many thanks for your patience and support. Highly recommended!

Took my grandson aged 10 on a shopping experience. I stood back whilst he made his purchase. The staff were very good with him and his card (which is a new experience for him)

I went to WH Smith's to send a DHL document to Cyprus, after numerous attempts to enter my details on the system, the lady gave up and suggested I go to Ryman on the Ground floor in St George's Shopping centre. I was swiftly served by 2 lovely ladies Vicki and Sharon, I told them WH Smith sent me to Ryman, everything was done promptly and the ladies were well trained on the DHL website.
So folks, use Ryman for your DHL needs as it seems the staff at WH Smith are either not trained to use the DHL website, or they can not be bothered. It also seems that WH Smith in St George's Shopping Center have a habit of sending customers to Ryman for their DHL needs.
I would highly recommend Ryman.

Went in this morning to get some last minute business cards printed after a company let me down.

There was an issue with my template I had quickly made up. Tracey was an absolute star making sure that my cards got printed no issues. Helpful all the way through the process. The price was reasonable too.

Would definitely come back next time to get more cards printed off.

I would like to say how helpful Sharon and Jo were to me and my friend when we went into the Preston shop in St Georges Shopping Centre on Saturday 31st October. Both ladies helped with the printing of our Amazon labels, even when we were unsure of what to do with the phone. They were patient with us and we both found the experience enjoyable, and whilst the ladies were dealing with my friend and I, they never neglected other customers coming into the shop. Excellent service and wonderful staff.

I would have gone on the shop feedback but I had trouble writing a review, could only rate with 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I attended Ryman store@ Preston this morning with documentation on my iPhone that requires it printing onto A3 paper . We made several unsuccessful attempts before the Manager very kindly helped us sort it all out for us! She was very patient and had to try herself an number of times . The lady was a credit to the company and I felt it necessary to pass my thanks onto her again....regards. Gary

Excellent staff and service. Staff are always very helpful,knowledgable and very courteous. Used branch in Preston. Lancs within St George's Centre to send box abroad via DHL. Another visit to store only this week,Oct 26th. 2021. Different staff on duty today,but did that make any difference!?
The answer is No ! Received the same very helpful assistance as always via Tracey ( The Manager ) and her colleagues. This is a shop where its a pleasure to go into,not least for its fantastic staff. The shop itself is excellently laid out,very inviting and of very clean appearance. Customers are all greeted with a welcoming smile and aqq cheery greeting but not pounced upon as some shops are told to do. They of course offer help but also allow customers to browse .this is the only shop in Preston that I will go to in order to send parcels via DHL or indeed buy stationery items etc. Now its 2022. And same excellent service. Visited again these past 2 weeks to use the DHL service there and the Staff members that helped me on both recent Occasions, Sharon and Vicki were both extremely helpful. And as always I received excellent help , with courtesy and attention was paid to every detail,ensuring that the correct procedures were adhered to conscientiously and carefully. The Staff here are 2nd to none and are excellent ambassadors for Ryman. Friargate walk branch within St George's Shopping centre. Preston. This applies not only to the excellent way they serve customers like myself wanting to sending boxes overseas,but also to any task they are given within the store. The store is always kept clean,tidy and well stocked. Best Stationery and Office Suppliers in the area. Oct 2022

Have visited this store twice recently and had fantastic customer service. The first time the shop assistant helped me with a Bluetooth speaker letting me know it sounded really good. I bought it and she was right. I contacted the store by phone to see if they had any more but they were sold out but Sharon, the store manager, managed to get me two more for my family from the Wigan store and rang me when they had arrived. I'll definitely be popping in again.

Just been to process DHL and all the ladies in the store were absolutely nice, helpful and professional. 2nd time coming here and same level of treatment. Thank you.

I like Rymans. They have items that I can't always find in some stationers. Reasonable prices too. 😊
