Thanks Nick for the amazing customer service recently. I had a faulty item and Nick sorted it out, got me a replacement and messaged throughout to keep me updated. Usually those situations can be a bit stressful but not here. The shop is full of amazing products for home or as presents and their advice is so helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

These place is Aladdin’s Cave, has absolutely everything you could need at the right price and best quality.

My go-to place. A must for anything kitchen- related. Incredibly helpful staff. Nick has an encyclopaedic knowledge and I always leave knowing I have made the right choice. Great for presents too- especially for budding chefs at Christmas time. A real gem.

This is the most amazing kitchen shop- the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful- everything you would want from an independent store.

I absolutely love this shop as it has everything you need for my baking. The owners and professional and friendly, helping you out with what you are looking for and guiding you through the whole process! A very good variety of items to buy and long lasting quality!
Also it has private parking just outside the shop, accepts card or cash and can pre-order items for you if needed!
Best shop for chefs and culinary students or baking/cooking amateur!

Nick and Gemma are literally the most amazing people; they are so helpful and knowledgable about their stock and will (and often have done) go way out of their way to make sure you have the perfect pan or utensil. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A Google reviewer below described it as John Lewis +++ and I couldn't agree with them more. Nick, the owner, is charming, very knowledgeable about his goods and not at all pushy. The shop is a treasure trove of things that you know you NEED and many more that you didn't even know existed. And if there's anything you can't find, you can bet on the staff being able to do so. Definitely worth a visit. I left today with an amazing set of new saucepans I can't wait to try out and lots of other goodies. Nick and my husband don't know this yet, but I'm planning on going back in a month or two to complete the set ... :-)

Fantastic range and choice of everything you need for the kitchen

We were looking for a set of saucepans and spent a very informative half hour with Nick, the charming owner, who patiently explained all the different types of pan and gave detailed information on their likely lifespan . The shop had several good offers for sets but we decided against those and bought three Dexam supreme stainless pans and a load of other bits and bobs which we needed. We didn't feel under pressure to buy at any time. This is a proper kitchen shop, everything for the amateur to the professional.

I get all my kitchen equipment from this shop. I have known the owner for many years and you could not find a more helpful and pleasant person. He knows his stock and has a vast knowledge of all his products. It does not matter if you are just going in for a wooden spoon - he gives you the same attention as if you were going to buy an expensive item. Always the same delightful and helpful person.

Nick at the Kitchen Shop is absolutely superb! He gave some fantastic recommendations, was incredibly helpful in sourcing items and made the whole process very easy. High quality products with a friendly welcome, I could not recommend this place enough.

Simply superb customer service. I called about a faulty 6 year old KitchenAid kettle and was given the same time and detailed advice as if I was going to buy half a dozen new ones! Consistently great service, think John Lewis +++ approach to customers.

I love this little shop, full of interesting and unusual items for your kitchen. It’s also the perfect place to pick up a gift if your stuck for ideas. This traditional shop I’m sure is under attack from online rivals and losing this shop would be a great loss to Weybridge, so use it or lose it!

This is an unbelievable emporium of everything you could possibly need in a kitchen, and a plethora of beautiful items that you don't 'need' but just 'want'. I rarely come out without some little treasures in my bag. And the owners are a delight - friendly and super knowledgeable about all their products.
A little gem in the heart of Weybridge.

As someone with a penchant for kitchen stuff, this shop is like Disneyland. Enjoy looking around and have purchased some great items from the store. I also like the team, who are kind but not overbearing.
