Hanna & Liz were exceptional and I hope receive some some reward & recognition. I had a minor issue and they dutifully assisted whilst having to juggle a number of other things, and it didn’t pass unnoticed. Staff like this are most valuable to a company and I shall be returning because of the great quality and great service.

Great service when trying to decide what t-shirt to pick!! Nice too too!

The shop is very good. It caters for young and old and has provided most of my wardrobe for the last 2 years. The staff have always been extremely good. Currently there is an excellent and efficient young woman who is polite and professional. Sadly another woman is also employed who is quite amazingly incompetent. She repeats the same thing over and over again like a broken record. Perhaps she would benefit from some training. Particularly learning not to interfere in everyone's business and endlessly speaking over them. She is responsible for only getting 4 not 5 stars.

Great product , Customer service not so great ... no email received when click and collect order was ready to collect ( after 2 weeks of waiting and enquiring and being assured we would be contacted) and staff in store not the friendliest ... Real shame at a time when retail should be pulling out all the stops.

Exceptionally poor service. Stood almost 15 minutes at the till trying to pay for something and no one was on the shop floor or in the fitting rooms, eventually found someone standing on the stairs at the back chatting. No apology and exceptionally rude - full of attitude at being asked to serve a customer. I shop at this store regularly and its put me off returning. I hope H/O takes the time to read this and gives Athena some lessons in customer care or I won't be the only shopper to go elsewhere.
