Very well laid out store, and everywhere looked clean and tidy. Wasn't always easy to find what I wanted, but very helpful staff very quickly pointed me in the right direction or took me to the exact location.
M&S Food Hall in Mumbles has been a wonderful addition to the village, has its own carpark - under-cover, because it's underneath the store, a lift, disabled parking spaces, and a great range of food and drink, so what more do you need?!

What a Fantastic service from the staff at this Mumbles store. From the meet and greet before entering the food hall,a helpful happy gentleman, who took the time to ensure that our shopping experience was going to be a safe one to the check out staff nothing was to much trouble well it was an absolute pleasure to shop in this store we certainly will be returning Thank you to you all

Brilliant, Clean store, nice and easy understandable self checkouts, and it's very good that they had stopped from customers buying 18+ stuff, which I really amazed by that!

The food is exceptional, and it is amazing to have parking in the middle of town, but what really makes this a five-star experience is Mohammed. His friendliness to me and my family, as well as to everyone I saw him interact with, was nothing short of brilliant - he goes out of his way to help people and connect with them, and offers, in my experience, the best customer service I have ever seen. My two-year-old son can't go into the M&S in Edinburgh without looking for him and, on exiting, saying sadly, "no see Mo today." Thanks, Mohammed, for being so great to us while we were visiting!

I love M&S Mumbles. Good queueing system in place. Number of customers monitoring so no bumping shoulders with anyone. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Food quality is excellent.

Nicely laid out M&S food outlet. Can't say enough about the staff and their helpfulness. Highly recommend.

Love this marks!
Would recommend placing a no entry sign on the main entry as we have lot of visitors who won't know to use the side door.
Also please place a bin for use after passing through the self service section for gloves and wipes.

Got everything I needed and couldn't believe the large selection of food and competitive prices.As a widow over 75 I appreciate the disabled car parking with lift into the shop.Well done planners.

The finest quality produce, but it's the most popular shop in the village so sometimes there are queues.

Delicious produce.
Super friendly staff.
And judging by the queue to get in, I think everyone else agrees.

Was able to park in disabled space right opposite the lift, no queue to get in, trolleys available, store was well stocked and no queue at the checkout, will shop here again
