I would love it if WH Smith spent some money on their stores; they all seem so dimly lit and outdated.
On the up side... the staff here are great; very helpful and always pleasant.

Went in today and was served by a lovely lady called Tina. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that me and my partner left with the product we went in for, when we first walked in and saw the product wasn’t on display and we were about to walk out she said oh we have some in the back and went to get them for us! 5* service what a great employee 😊

Absolutely perfect for getting my college stationary and gifts for friends. They sell calendars, bags, books, plushies, cards and more!

It's a shop that been where it is for years and could probably do with a bit of a sprucing up, and the could do with a sign asking browsers to put magazines back in the right place! (not the staffs fault). The staff were excellent and the had exactly what I wanted.

Doorway to St. George's Centre always locked. Very inconvenient.Range of products good.

Despite being open during Covid-19 lockdown, the upper sales area was cordoned off even though there were only 2 to 3 customers in the store at the time of my visit and so I could not fulfil my shopping needs because of the store layout, instead visiting another WHSmith branch with a different layout to buy the same products!
