I was served yesterday by a lovely bloke named Callum, I wanted to switch from 3 and he made the whole experience very quick and easy. I now have a brand new phone and I’m paying a lot less than I was previously 👍

Great customer service from Kibria, very helpful and quick service to change my contract for me.

I visited the EE store in Sutton last Friday 24th. Had a very warm welcome by the staff and the approach was very nice. Nice staff. Was served by someone called Callum,i think. He was very nice and polite and helped me understand the process. Will recommend this shop because of the staff.

My first time in a EE phone shop to get my son his first mobile phone contract. Shaz our assistant was very helpful, patient, and took the time to explain all my sons needs in using the phone home and abroad, my son signed up for a Sim only 24month contract for £31pm, the plan included 250gb of switch over roaming data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and a monthly added special.

We got served by a lovely guy called Brad. Really friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Whilst we were there there was a really rude customer who literally came in to just moan at everyone- the staff were so patient even though they were treated with no respect. Brad was really professional dealing with another customer who I would have struggled to deal with. The staff definitely don't get paid enough for what they have to deal with on a daily basis.

I went in to Sutton branch of EE today and a lovely young guy who helped me out, was so helpful and cheerful. He was patient with my lack of IT knowledge and explained what he was doing to get my emails to return to my phone and set me up a new password.
He told me it was only his second day at the store. You have found a golden nugget so make sure you keep him. An Absolute delight and he got my emails back for me :)

My experience with EE so far have been amazing. I have be attended to by Brad and Ru and I must say they have excellent customer service, patient, courteous, and experienced. Thank you.

The young guy who served me was knowledgeable and friendly, despite his broken leg from boxing. He correctly advised me to wait a month before upgrading due to my contract. I have booked to see him again. First class service.

Went there to collect mobile phone that was ordered online. While there was no token system in place, the staff was very courteous and asked us to take a seat. They then attended to us in the correct order. Collecting phone was swift and easy process. We were served by a gentleman named Hashim.

All I can say is Thank you to Brad from EE in Sutton Surrey for all your help today with my S21 phone ...you went above & beyond to help me & it was so very much appreciated.

Just been into EE Sutton branch and served by Callum who was infinitely patient and helpful trying to sort issues with my mother in law's account. I am profoundly deaf and his understanding and empathy made things so much easier.
What a credit to his branch.
Highly recommend.

I went into Ee Sutton on Monday after my son had lost his phone in Tenerife. Vera couldn’t have been more helpful, I had to also pop back in the afternoon to gain proof of purchase, again she was so helpful. Please please give this woman a pay rise as I can’t remember the last time I received such great customer service. Well done Vera you are an asset to Ee

Had appt with Brad yesterday and it was such a pleasurable experience...he was extremely patient and very knowledgeable ...would certainly recommend EE customer service and support...5 star service...thankyou Brad.

Fantastic, really great service. I had an issue while going through my sale and due to my disability it became complicated but the staff member really helped me understand and resolved my problem without any embarrassment to myself or to themselves.

Always very helpful in there store. Never have to wait long. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good provider of internet too been with them for 7 years so far so they must be doing something right.

I visited EE Sutton High Street branch today to upgrade my phone. If I could give 10 stars rating I honestly would. Theodore looked after me. Theodore was very polite, professional and helpful. He gave me a lot of information and discussed all suitable options. He answered all my questions. And I came home very happy with my new phone. All staff were very polite and attentive to all the customers. Also the manager was very helpful too. I have been a customer of EE Sutton High Street branch for more than 10 years and I have always received high quality service. Well done EE Sutton Staff and thank you to all.

I was served by the customer care personnel Hafham. His customer service and care, attention to detail was second to none. He served me with impeccable professionalism and top quality service of which I’m impressed.

Went in for an upgrade. They knew exactly what i was talking about, got me sorted out and got me a better deal on my wifi
