I came in store today to purchase a Motorola G32 phone that the Dorch brand informed me Weymouth had in stock. Everything went so smoothly, I was in and out within 10 minutes. The really friendly assistant, Sam, knew exactly what he was doing and was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Super pleased by the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

Looked online for specific dishwasher. It was out of stock but I got an email days after saying it was in stock.
Visited Poole and ordered the machine which was delivered to our house days later.
Good service even telling me it was back in stock.
My only complaint if you have a problem with any product you will have to wait ages for repairs etc in their in store counter. This was nothing to do with the dishwasher.
The queue can be horrendous!
Be prepared for a wait.

Excellent service from Sam when our mobile failed while on holiday. He helped us to get a replacement. He was kind, knowledgeable and considerate. We were so grateful for his help and amazed by his organisational skills to work with so many customers needing mobile and computer assistance. Brilliant service and full marks to Sam an outstanding Curry's employee.

A fair sized store with some amazing options no matter how shallow or deep your pockets are. Also I found both members of staff I dealt with,b both knowledgeable and only to happy to help. Also the home delivery guys where amazing.

Took back a shark vacuum cleaner because a part had broken on it. Spoke to a person called Sam. I have to say he was very knowledgeable and a really nice people person. He really came over as someone who really cares about his customers and his job that he’s there to do. We have had some really unfortunate experiences with sales staff in the past so this was like a breath of fresh air. It was a smooth transaction as we were in the guarantee period so was able to get a new replacement. He also explained what happens about the guarantee which was acceptable to us. Please Curry’s keep this guy. He’s an asset to the company and certainly the customers. Thankyou very much Sam.

On holiday, and had a small tech problem with my laptop, tech guy called Jason sorted it within a minute, good staff this shop has.

Cheerful staff very knowledgable staff. Good value for money.

Just popped in for a device that was unavailable (for fairly uninteresting reasons) However the advice from a very well informed and skilful member of staff, Daniel, saved me the need for said device. So a no sale this time Curry's but a huge amount of good will in the bank for the future, worth more than a one off purchase. Writing this on my laptop now, Thanks to Daniel... Thanks Daniel.

Don't really write reviews but the service I received today from John sales manager was exceptional. He took the time to help me get a refund back onto my gift card and took the time to call them for me saving alot of hassle. Could of fobbed me off buy went above and beyond to help. Thankyou 👍

I don't like to say this, but I was most impressed with the service and information I received in the Weymouth store in Dorset.

Ben, a salesman was not at all pushy but offered excellent in-depth information with regards to the some of the TVs we were looking at. He explained In layman's terms the merits of the relevant products we were interested in. The service was refreshing and informative. A credit to the company.

First class service and super deals

Went in looking for help on choosing a new vacuum cleaner and left feeling very happy. The lady that served me was very helpful and the guy who I paid at the counter was equally as helpful offering me more advice. I left with a great product and happier for the overall experience. Went here after walking out of Poole store due to lack of service. I was greeted straight away with someone asking how they could help me and I had bought and paid four the product and extras to go with it within 15 minutes. Excellent service, thank you!

Went yesterday and was served by Abbie, extremely approachable, informative and knew her stuff.
I even changed my mind on brand of hoover after her recommendation.

Easy parking. Great selection of goods. Staff are a bit slow on helping you out though. You usually have to seek a staff member out if you need info on an item , as there is a lot of standing around with bored looks on their faces. I will say though, as soon as you manage to attract the attention of one they are then v helpful.

Very convenient, and staff approachable

Me and my partner went in yesterday to get ourselves a new TV, and James helped us pick one from the Sony Bravia range that was perfect for us. His service was awesome, he wasn't pressing us to buy the most expensive model or go outside of our budget, he just gave us the info we needed to make our choice nice and quickly!
