Loved this guest house , very friendly owners , very central, rooms spotless the whole place is immaculate , carpark right across the road .

We stayed for one night at the beginning of August. Received a very warm friendly welcome from Delyth and Clive. Room was clean ,comfortable and bright. Location is excellent - two minute walk to town centre and beach. Great value for money 100% would go back and highly recommend. Looking forward to visiting again. Delyth and Clive make you feel at ease and home from home.

The Villa is a great little place to stay! The hosts Delyth and Clive are very friendly, assuring us on our arrival that they are close at hand, should we need anything.We had a lovely greeting from them both on our arrival.This was very much appreciated as we’d had a long journey. The place was spotlessly clean with everything we needed here.There are many gorgeous places to visit (and bars and restaurants) that Porthcawl has to offer. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely return again! Thank you Delyth and Clive for your hospitality, see you again before the year is out (2018) Carl and friends.

It was very nice in Porthcawl. We were very lucky to get a cozy room in the Villa Guest House. Clive's breakfast ist the best. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Great little place but rooms a little too small . And shared bathroom

The hotel is beautiful, Clive & del are amazing couple. The make you welcome. The rooms are amazing, breakfast are amazing. We think it's the best hotel down there. From Rob & Tina can't wait to go back therexx

Spent a 3 day christmas break at the villa guest house,took my mother with me as she would have been on her own otherwise. The food was fantastic and plentiful, the welcome as always was great. Been several times now, will go again in the summer thank you Clive and Delyth for a great stay.

Can't fault this guest house del and Clive make you feel more than welcome, the hospitality is superb gotta give Clive 10 out of 10 for the gorgeous cooked breakfast and the rooms are spotlessly clean would well recommend this guest house you won't be disappointed at all xx

Stayed with Clive and Deleth twice now. what a lovely Welcoming couple nothing is to much trouble for them. looking forward on returning in the near future.

What a lovely place to stay, and the host and hostess are the most welcoming and friendly people I've met! Definitely recommend very cheap for what you get. Directly behind the Main Street and directly opposite a large car park if you can't get a space on the street (we haven't paid for parking all weekend!) bonus!

Owners are really friendly and polite, stayed for my boyfriends birthday and they gave him a card, was really thoughtful and kind. Rooms were clean and cosy, really enjoyed the stay and would definitely go again !

Had a fantastic time at villa guest house, room was spotless n really smart. Clive n delyth are amazing, so friendly n nothing was to much trouble for them, made us feel special, definitely recommend their B n B, breakfast is stunning, will definitely be going back there 😀

Had a lovely time at the villa quest house we always book and stay at the same place for the last few years del and Clive give us plenty of welcome very clean nice rooms always and breakfast is fab we stay at least 3 times a year recomend to anyone
