These guys are great. Honest group with a quick, quality turn around on everything I've had done on my bike. Recently had a chain snap and they did everything they could do get the bike back to me with new sprockets, (it was found that some bearings needed to be replaced as well) within 3 days, knowing that this is my primary form of transportation.

The team at Alexander Motorcycles went above and beyond to make my bike run well, when all other service/repair garages weren't really interested. They listened to my layman's explanation (I'm a new female rider at the age of 59), didn't make me feel or sound silly, and treated me with patience and respect. Will definitely go to them again.

Alex is such a helpful guy, have been using these guys for years for motorcycling needs and they are always able to accommodate, even if I have a mishap on the road and it’s a short notice thing. Can’t see myself going anywhere else.

UPDATE: Alex gave me some fantastic advice after my motorcycle was stolen... didn't have to but spent time giving me tips on what probably happened and what I could do. This really showed his quality. Much appreciated 👍

I took my scooter into Alexander motorcycles in Margate on a late Saturday afternoon without having booked it in and not only were the staff extremely helpful and friendly they fixed the problem in no time at all. I would strongly recommend this company and will definitely be going back.

Very helpful guys! I took my bike in to have an electrical issue diagnosed, it came out with chain adjusted and had been checked over to ensure everything else was in order. Reasonably priced and I also got a decent quote for a full brake service. Also they don't mind you picking their brains for maintenance advice!

This is the best motorcycle shop for miles around. Very reasonably priced with reliable and efficient service. A new spare key was cut for me and my motorcycle was even cleaned while it was serviced. I will definitely use this shop again - Alexander The Great indeed!

Love it. The guys are very professional and the made my motorbike work better then it was when I bought it.

Had a puncture repaired on my Z900RS, I was expecting to have to buy a new tyre, fortunately not!! Good service polite staff,I would recommend.

Just had MOT done on K1300s. Fitted me in with extremely short notice. Knowledgeable and helpful as ever. Use them for everything including tyres. Great service.

Went there looking to buy a new helmet because I thought the one I had bought didn't fit, staff member said it's meant to be tight, showed me a trick to help put it on easier, and explained that I didn't need a new helmet and that the one I had was fine. Nice of him to do that for me.
