Vue Cinema Cleveleys

I was impressed by my first visit and I have no doubt I’ll go again. The staff are friendly, there is a fantastic selection of food and drinks, including hotdogs, nachos and a variety of milkshakes. The chairs are far more comfortable than those of other cinemas and the screens are a decent size. It is quite an expensive cinema but you get what you pay for.

Had amazing customer service, after turning up late they accommodated us changing film and even offered to change my tea when there was a bit too much milk in all my fault but at no time did they make it hard work. Great service thank you!

Good sized cinema, lots of parking round the back. They also serve alcohol, which you can take into the cinema.
Just a note on seating... the standard seats are very comfortable too. The upgraded seats are made of leather and can make you sweat a bit, found them rather uncomfortable too. I even sat in the standard after paying the upgraded price. Staff (Cleveleys) are all very nice.

Always will be impressed with Vue as a cinema company. Their prices are excellent compared to any other chain, their discounts are always worth taking a look at (People using VOXI, Uni students etc). Staff are always very welcoming and are very informative. Friendly environment and a brilliant cleaning staff. Toilets kept clean and the technology they use is perfect for watching the newest of movies coming out. Lovely location too, right by the never busy cleveleys beach.

A great cinema on Cleveleys promenade next to JD gym with car parking at the rear, once inside there are counters in the foyer on the left were you get your tickets from us refreshments and drinks. The front seats are £5.99 and £7.49 at the back and VIP seats in the centre. It's worth booking online as you can get seats for £4.99. There are 8 screens available which are all state-of-the-art, offering you the latest movies, the seats are comfortable and the speaker systems amazing.

Friendly staff, clean although seating area could do with more attentiveness as was very popcorny when we sat there briefly. Love the 4.99 ticket deal, comfy seats. Well worth passing our local (odeon) and coming up to Cleveleys for a change

Great venue. Spacious comfortable seats. Went to see The sound of freedom. Thank The Vue for airing this film about child trafficking. A subject that the population need to be made aware of.

Really tidy comfy seating. First time at this cinema and all family was very impressed.

Conveniently placed alongside the beach, parking at the rear this small cinema provides a good range of movies. I like how I can order my tickets and book my seats online then pick up my tickets at the venue. I don't go that frequently but when I have been the cinema has been clean with an orderly flow of people moving in and out of the relatively small foyer.

Never been before. Lovely cinema. Snacks are normally expensive but there you can buy a box with drink of your choice. Chocolate bar and popcorn all for 5.99. Bargain. Will be making the effort to go once a month..nice and clean also

Nothing beats the true cinema experience. Ticket prices are reasonable and its worth booking online at peak periods for the most popular releases. Cinema is clean and comfortable. Snacks are a little expensive but you've got to treat yourself now and then.

Visited once again today (26/01) and it was a satisfactory experience. Reasonable prices, hassle-free booking and facilities were clean. I look forward to visiting again

Also, big thanks to Catherine! She was super patient with helping me order food and was really friendly and personable. I can be crazy indecisive but she made me feel super comfortable to take my time. Every business needs someone like her!

Good cinema. Some of the seats are starting to look a bit tatty though.

Great experience, fast to get to screen via booking via app, no issues at all just got my QR code scanned and in we went.
