Haven Cala Gran Holiday Park

Came here in September and it was good for the kids they had lots of fun in the arcade, the food was good, they loved the tram rides as well !!!!!

Staff were so so helpful. Sue from front desk deserves a payrise shes lovely beautiful park only downside small swimming pool and access to trams ( into blackpool ) is 15 walk from park. Buses right outside park into town centre

Been going to this park for about 18 years. Great for local access to Trams to get into Blackpool.
Don’t really use the facilities that much anymore as kids are older, but did eat in the restaurant which was ok. Kids love the arcade games etc.
Selected a Diamond Lodge which was great and the way I will always want to go now. Everything is supersized compared to normal caravan, and not that much more money.
Small thing to improve would be Smart TV’s for when stuck in caravan at night and maybe better access for games consoles to connect.
Would always recommend Haven as easy to book and generally very helpful, clean and tidy throughout.

Usually go to Marten Mere but decided to give Cala Gran a try on a Hideaway break. Nice park, quiet location, lovely and tidy. As a bonus was upgraded from a gold caravan to a diamond lodge, thanks for this Haven. The lodge is very very nice, spacious with all the extras. Wife reckons we could live in one of these!

Not going to talk about the caravan, because if you are a bore that goes to these paces to spend your holiday in one you’re missing out. Second time visiting this year. Can’t say enough for the entertainment with some special memories, Jiya behind the bar and Leone, Jazz, and Emily especially baby Barney loves you all!!! if your moaning about the entertainment they don’t stop with doing double split shifts from morning to night everyday just to put a smile on your miserable faces

Love this place the caravan are really nice and food is great and staff are really nice and friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back🙂

Just visited for the weekend with my husband and 2 kids aged 2 and 10. We have had a great time. There is plenty of different activities to keep the kids entertained, some of them cost money and some of them are free. My son especially loved the climbing wall. He also attended the inflatables evening in the pool but was disappointed because the inflatable was a lot smaller than it had looked on the booking website.
We ate in the mash & barrel every day and the food was basic pub food but it was reasonably priced. The drinks on the other hand were ridiculously over priced. The site itself was small but it was nice and had 3 separate playground areas. There was also a free soft play area inside the arcade. Plenty of machines/games in the arcade but take lots of money if you’re going in there 🤣 the evening entertainment was loud and repetitive apart from the outside acts that game on which we’re great. The caravan itself was clean on arrival and the check in process was smooth. We only travelled an hour to get here but really did have a great time.

Also there is a little farm just up the road which we walked to, that was great to spend a few hours off the site.

It was our first family holiday in the UK. The location was very nice. Not far from the nearest beach. But it's a half-hour drive if you want to fo to Blackpool pleasure beach. But well worth it.

Entertainers make the holiday, park a nice size quiet just out side Blackpool. It's our second visit this year the entertainers brought us back our kids love them all

First time here Caravan absolutely brilliant everything you need is provided I could actually live in it its that good nice and quiet site staff very helpful.and friendly had problem with heating 30 mins turned up and fixed no problem was there answer would highly recommend this site

We had a great 4 night mid week stay at the caravan park 26-30th June. Stayed in the silver caravan. The van was brand new and spotless. Bedding fresh and clean, towels came in a package. Information package on the dining table on entering the van. Beds were very comfortable.
Grounds around the park are well kept and clean.
Went to the pool one day (had to be booked, very easy to do online) The staff were friendly. Wrist bands are given to non swimmers. Not a lot of changing rooms but staff were in and out cleaning the floors regularly. The lifeguards were also great. Unfortunately one had to jump in to save a child as parents weren't paying attention. Hats off to the young man he was quick and straight on the incident. My son has autism and the staff were great with allowing me to walk him up the slide and allowing me to give him the directions needed so he could play on the water slide too. (Please note that the slide does have a height guide for use and for children only).
We did not go to the entertainment on site.
Lots of games in the arcades. Could use another couple of ticket eaters.
Chip shop on the site is really nice and handy.
Site shop is well stocked.
Just a short walk along the main road is a great little farm and well worth a visit if you have younger children and a lovely restaurant there too.

Can't fault a single thing about this site. From the great, friendly greeting on arrival to when we left, we felt as if we were always looked after by each member of staff.

The entertainment and activities on the site are fantastic, especially the kids' disco on most evenings. The kids weren't bored at all during a week long stay. The entertainment team in the live lounge are great, a special thanks to Georgia who made my sons holiday by helping him get a picture with Rory the tiger and handing him a winners certificate for musical statues in the same day! All of the team were great!

The Haven serve app is a great idea with having everything thing from your alcohol to either fish and chips or pizza delivered directly to the table without having to leave the kids unattended going to the bar.

We travelled over from Ireland by boat, then a 3 hour 30 min drive from holyhead, and we wouldn't hesitate in travelling again for another break here. 100% recommend.

Same as the arcade staff never anything to much always happy to help.

Just back from a lovely weekend break, the kids have had a ball, the weather was beautiful too. Food was good too. My asd daughters weekend was made by the nice lad “Chris” in the prize shop as we were leaving. You made her day, Thankyou again ❤

Great holiday. Price excellent, silver accommodation fab. Bit out of the way but know that when booking. Good entertainment, prices not bad, Sunday lunch offer amazing value, but food matches the price

Me and my family had a caravan from 6-9 Oct 23 it was OK for the time we were there had 1 issue but was soon resolved the restaurant had some bad reviews but we were happy with the meals what we had we all had a good time

Had a weekend away with family at their caravan it's an amazing holiday park. The staff are very friendly. The onsite entertainment is good. Plenty to do for all.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely clean accommodation with a superb comfy bed.
Myself and all the family have really enjoyed ourselves this weekend and the weather was lovely too to top it off A*****

Really enjoyed our stay here. Every shop you'd ever need is within 1.5 miles. Also 30mins from Blackpool. Only gripe is the cost of food on camp. £17 for a Pizza. £13 for Fish Chips & Peas. Reception staff very good. All our party said they would return.

It's a very serene environment. A good get away for couples looking for some quiet time together. And even if you have kinds it's a good place for family bonding as there are several activities to engage with
