Always very professional and understanding nothing's too much trouble

Terrible firm with horrific management. Threatened us and always speak with profanities. Struggle to understand customers and their individual needs and only concerned about paying for their lifestyle. Richard owns a commercial unit in Manston and he treats tenants as if they aren’t human.

Really disappointed with the response and help received.
So insensitive and wasefull of my time and feelings considering what a sensitive, difficult and expensive thing it is to order a grave stone.

Very surprised at the attitude. I didn't realise that grave stones only had a years guarantee. Solid granite on a concrete base and the only thing that could go wrong did.
