Just had our beautiful new walk-in shower room completed by Marvin and his friendly team. It is an amazing transformation from our old room which had nasty problems underneath the floor tiles once removed! Nothing Marvin's team couldn't handle and rectify. It is also good to know that little snagging issues were dealt with quickly and perfectly after the 'settling in' period. It's a gorgeous, luxury room now which we love. We have no hesitation in recommending Freeflo.

Overall experience is excellent. Team freeflo especially to MARVIN and the work done in my bathroom was fabulous. Money is worth for the entire work done. Good quality of work all the way around. All request has been granted and end up to amazing result. The team were also prompt on time schedule.

Fantastic service from Freeflo installing a brand new boiler for us. They were professional from the beginning, dealing with Marvin when requesting a quote, and then the boiler installation from Paul. Paul was friendly and professional, very tidy, and courteous of our very nervous cat! We had also had a Nest installed and he took the time to run us through how to install and use the app.

Work was completed within 2 days and exceptionally done, we are very happy, thank you!

Liked everything about this company and its engineers . I will certainly use them again and recommend them . They were also so friendly and it wasn't just like an engineer coming over it was like someone I already knew !
Marvin also said to call anytime even if it seemed silly and he would still pop over . He's local too so I don't have to have to wait in for large portions of the day for a callout .

I don’t usually leave reviews but honestly, if you’re looking for someone who takes their time, explains clearly and patiently each step of a particular process (without you having to ask!) and goes above and beyond to ensure your gas and boiler system is as safe as possible then I recommend Marvin.

I wish all plumbers, gas safety engineers, technicians and general labourers were as transparent, patient and kind in their manner and way of working.

Marvin and his team have just completed a new shower room for my Mum who is 81 and I can’t thank them enough. The quality of their workmanship and the finished product are first rate but equally importantly to me, their customer service was outstanding. They were quick and efficient, kind and courteous to my mum and she felt safe with them in her house - really important with older people. The price was reasonable and the work was completed on time. Great plumbers, amazing service would recommend!

Freeflo came out to look at our old boiler, found the problem and, as requested, sent a quote to mend the boiler or replace it. We went with the new boiler option and, in less than a week, the new boiler was installed! The engineer turned up on time, removed the old boiler and installed the new one, tidied up after himself and was finished in less than a day. The boiler works perfectly and we are happy! A great service from Marvin and the team at Freeflo. Courteous and polite when entering your home and covered shoes. Performed a service at a good price. Unfortunately for me my boiler had many problems so was given the report and advice and quote for a new boiler. Helpful and explanatory, not pushy at all.

Have used Freeflo for a few years since they were just starting in Westbrook and they came across to fix my kitchen taps. In this case I rang up for advice about removing the cistern which had developed a minor leak. They were quite happy to talk me through the problem which I was later able to resolve. They are always helpful and professional, and keep in touch if they are going to be a bit late because they have been delayed on another job. Happy to recommend them and will certainly continue to use them.

Freeflo put in a new bathroom for me and I was very happy with the result. There were various historical problems (old house) which were solved in a professional way and the quality of work was excellent. They are straightforward to deal with and well organised, sticking to the schedule and communicating any issues. Highly recommended and I will use them again.

Honestly can't recommend Freeflo enough. They were very helpful and patient. They did a fantastic job and were very thorough in making sure everything was safe. They obviously enjoy and take pride in their work. And they are super efficient as well. Freeflo are fabulous! They fitted a new gas line (as our previous boiler had the wrong size gas feed to it) replaced our boiler and fitted and installed a gas supply to our new gas cooker. All the freeflo engineers were professional, respectful and very helpful. They turned up when they said they would and completed the tasks all within the promised time frame.

Alongside delivering excellent customer service and a very high quality and standard of work freeflo are extremely competitive on price. I’m so pleased we chose freeflo and I will use them again for servicing our new boiler.

Freeflo fitted a new radiator and filter to my central heating system. The work was completed quickly , and to a high standard, all for a very reasonable price. I will definately be using them again and would also highly recommend !

Needed new boiler and unvented cylinder installation urgent. Marvin came back to me within minutes of my Google enquiry Saturday evening. Came out on Sunday to survey and gave quote within an hour two. Paid deposit Monday, boiler etc ordered and arrived Tuesday. Job started Wednesday and finished over 3 working days all during Covid-19 lockdown. Can't fault the service and price was good. Will definitely call Marvin for any future works and can recommend without hesitation.

Marvin and Kieran called this morning to take a look at my very wet outside wall and adjacent leaky kitchen ceiling. It's taken 9 days for me to finallly source someone who knew exactly what processes were needed to identify the source of the leak. Within 2 hours, the leak was pin pointed and the pipe inside my wall capped. I was kept informed all the way as various bathroom fittings needed removing and replacing as well as a hole cut into the wall. The guys worked swiftly and were in total control of what they were doing and I was so relieved as I had water dripping onto my cooker for 9 days and increasing water staining on the walls. Could have been a roof/gutter/soffits problem as first thought but no, it was a plumbing job (thanks to roofer Steve Grove of Roof Right who told me this and recommended this plumbing company). Marvin and Kieran were polite, calm, clearly experienced and had a professional manner. They reassured me and explained the next steps ahead. They took photos as this problem I will look at going though my insurance company (as the roofer recommended). Marvin went through the options of where and how to fix the cistern which needs re-mounting in a sensible place this time around (not hidden behind the beautifully tiled but wholly impractical wall). I feel totally confident with their work and advice and look forward to this team looking after all my plumbing needs for the years to come. THANKS GUYS, FRUIT CAKES will be coming your way. They cleared up well after themselves and informed me by text when they were on their way.

Can’t recommend freeflo enough! A team of very friendly and non judgemental staff, no job is too big or small for these guys and they’re more than happy to come out at a time that suits you! Amazing value for money with the high standard of work provided :)
