bought a kia proceed gt from this company a few days ago, after viewing the vehicle there were a few small defects like shopping trolley dents which were sorted before picking the car up, repairs were faultless and done next day to pick up the day after. really nice experience with the company chopping in my car and being offered good money for it. couldn't ask for more, no pressure to purchase at all, got to be one of the most laid back salesmen I've had dealings with.

I have collected and delivered cars for this company for a long time now, and can say I've never had a problem with any of his vehicles. Always well prepared, drive perfectly, and always met with a smile and a handshake.
They have always picked me up or dropped me off at the train station, without me asking, and the communication on both ends has always been spot on.
As a transport company I'd recommend anyone to work with him, and as a friend I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle off of him, as I know I'd be buying a good quality vehicle.

I purchased a Honda Africa Twin motorcycle from Lyall a short while ago, and I can safely say that he’s the most trustworthy and honest dealer i’ve met. The bike was immaculate as described, he guided me through the process of having the bike delivered by courier, and supplied all the documentation he said he would, on time. Overall a really nice chap and a great dealer, hopefully he’ll sell me his next bike!

We bought a Volvo XC70 from this co and well all I can say is that it could not of been less stressful and pressure free.
Just gave us the keys and said take as long as you want and we were out in it for around an hour on our own and then said we could go again if we wanted.
After buying we had a problem with the gear box so were very worried as we all know the reputation the industry has but we needn't of as it was straight to the main dealer and was fixed and paid within 48hrs by them also one key needed replacing so sorted by them again with no problems.
The car now drives great.
Next time we are in the market for a car they will be our first call.

An excellent dealer who goes that extra mile with the quality and presentation of a used car. I have had problems with my recently purchased BMW 325, having to replace a NOX sensor and now a fuel pump. The dealer, Lyall, has responded quickly and in full detail to my e-mails and is now liaising with the warranty company to get things sorted out. Even when things go wrong, he continues to be interested in getting things sorted out. I would highly recommend this company for a used car.

However I am saddened to read the previous review regarding the telephone not being answered?? This I feel is unjustified and must be a mistake or a random trolling online person trying to make trouble as Lyall was more than happy to take my wife’s telephone calls as late as 10pm most nights to answer various questions she had. Nothing was ever too much trouble!!!
