The loveliest cinema I've ever seen!
Exceptional, beautiful place - the original Ticket booth is there, ( first opened in 1910). The outside front is all green Glass-glazed tiles, inside you'll have clean, comfortable seats, and the prices are so cheap, I don't get how they'd pay the Bills!
I saw 'The Creator' there, and it added so much to the whole Cinematic experience-
(a smelly Multi-chain Cinema isn't optimal for artistic appreciation...!)

Wonderful cinema. Staff are all really friendly and helpful.
Have all the latest releases and also a Thursday morning Movie Moments where they show recent films for only £2.50, with a free tea or coffee and a biscuit!
Normal price is only £3.50 so always good value anyway.
We moved down here 8 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else now to watch films.

Oh it's beautiful in and out! Loved our visit, staff were super nice and friendly and very helpful. Only gripe was seats were a bit uncomfortable..great sweetie selection too!

What an outstanding cinema!
The main theatre is a huge beautiful room, with great sound & crisp picture. The place is clean, the seats are comfy, such a lovely atmosphere!
I had the most amazing cinema experience yesterday and it took me back to my childhood as I used to visit this place as a child, but it's better than ever now, but it keeps it's vintage charm and character. I cannot recommend this cinema enough, not least due to it's fantastic value for money! I'd happily go every day!

Thursday morning is a 'warm space' and the management also opens up for live events such as the World Cup Final

Fantastic! Would definitely recommend this Cosy cinema. All the staff are lovely and friendly. And couldn't believe how cheap the tickets are. Will definately be coming back.

Love this cinema, it's like sitting in your own front room all cosy with refreshments. Staff are lovely and all three screens are really clean and have really comfortable seats. Highly recommend.

It's actually the former Westgate on Sea Town Hall. It has 3 screens. 2 are quite small holding maybe 30 so people. The main one in what was obviously the original assembly and function room holds about 250 I think. All of them have very comfortable seats and good sound systems and the Usual goodies are on sale in the foyer. The admission costs are about half what you would pay in a " Vue" etc. The only draw back is parking which might be a problem ,depending on the film and time of day. But I can highly recommend this cinema its as good as the far more expensive big cinemas

This is a great cinema plenty of room & brought back a lot of memories, has more soul that the Vue that's for sure... Everyone should support their local cinema while they are still there...

Ramsgate had three once now none.. just felt sorry for the staff member, one lady taking tickets & serving customers with their popcorn & treats.

The queue of people was long with one lady dealing with everything or so it seemed...

Lovely cinema, staff are wonderful and welcoming. The only very slight downside was the air con, it was a tad chilly in screen 2.

Solo or with our family, we come here often. Staff are always friendly and the ticket prices are brilliant. We always buy something there so prices can stay the same! The bigger screen is traditional. The smaller ones are uncomfortable but will never not go here!!

Love to support local and this place is simply a local treasure. Staff always helpful, recommend the bigger seats for comfort and the hot crisps are a yum treat too. 🤩

Wonderful find, old world ambience, retro feel, black and white tiles and framed old movie posters. A large range of snacks hot and cold drinks and a range of alcoholic drinks too. Having a Glasson wine / a beer whilst watching the film...yes..

Meticulously clean inside from the bathrooms to the actual cinema rooms and the foyer. Really good value for tickets and the drinks.

And our film was in a tiny room with just 30 seats and some blocked off for covid.
