TULA - Yoga inspired classes

Was recommended to attend a class by a friend and having completed my first class (yin yoga) I was convinced that I had made the right decision. The class which was run by Dee couldn’t have been any better. The welcome was warm as can be and no awkward feeling. Any uncertainties on what to do were quickly diminished due to Dee’s attentive nature. Having completed a second class, I’m now looking at attending a range of different classes which is run daily.
The website is easy to use and booking is very simple. I can’t recommend TULA highly enough for anyone looking for a change in lifestyle. From yoga to calisthenics, TULA has it all to suit your needs.

When people have a chat at the door before class, you know already it's a great studio. Clean, neat space, warm but not overwhelmingly. Nice range of classes - highly recommend.
