Premier Inn Leicester South (Oadby) hotel

Great premier Inn, stayed a few times, great location to stay when visiting family. Pub next door serves great food and has good range of drinks.
Breakfast is ordered, not buffet style, apart from pastries and drinks.
Very nice and great price.

Nice and quite place for a stay country settling and just behind a good public house that serves great meals for breakfast or evening on the premier inn has no restaurant we have stay there a couple of times found it a good location for Leicester or market harborough even foxstone locks is close by

Hotel located in a very nice quiet location , rooms very clean and free parking , Nicole on reception extremely friendly staff and greeted us with a great smile, was available for all our needs and went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant as a family!

Travelled down from Scotland to visit my ill mother so chose the Premier Inn Leicester South due to its location. Arriving at 6.30pm feeling exhausted we found the heating was not working in the room. After speaking at the reception I was given a oil heater that was in his office and was fine to get the chill off the room. The next morning a staff member apologised and advised they had refunded our breakfast cost which was unexpected but welcoming....we did not ask for it. As the hotel was full we could not change rooms so they did their best to keep us comfortable which we appreciated.
Room was clean and fully stocked.

The hotel was just perfect for my needs. Every person who worked there greeted me with a smile and honestly couldn’t do enough for me. They were professional and courteous. Rooms immaculate. Will definitely be back .

Had a really good sleep 😴 quiet and very clean. Receptionists were very helpful. Fully recommend.

One of the better Premier Inns with a very well run pub/restaurant in the grounds. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable and the service is effecient and friendly

With having to stay in Leicester three days a week, for work ,the Premier Inn Oadby takes some beating. Having stayed at various other establishments prior to this one, I can honestly say this is the best. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming, the rooms are relaxing and comfortable, breakfasts are always very good with ample of variety to choose from.

We had a decent 3 nights at the premier inn oadby. Rooms were clean and tidy, basic but we didn’t want anything fancy we just needed a bed as we were visiting family. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and efficent. The bathroom had a drain smell which was weird when we arrived and seemed to only happen at night but was gone by the morning. It is around farm land so be aware that the farmers spray the fields.
The restaurant isn’t attached to the hotel but the breakfasts happen in the pub.

We would stay again.

All you can expect from a Premier Inn. Comfy, quiet and clean rooms and friendly service. The hotel does not have a restaurant in it and the pub next door was a Greene King Pub, not a Whitbread brand. As a consequence they did not do the Premier Inn meal deal here, but breakfast was available at the usual Prem Inn price. The pub itself, The Fox Pond, was very nice. Was clean, well laid out and was relatively quiet. The food was absolutely delicious.
The one downside was that the buses from the site to Leicester City itself only run every hour and not at all on a Sunday which was the day we wanted to go into Leicester. An Uber was required

Our experience was amazing! We never told anyone we had booked a stay for our wedding night. Upon check in, the staff and my husband were talking, they realised and so, on wedding night, we came in to find our room decorated with towel swans, cards and rose petals! Just totally did not expect it and how thoughtful! We were blown away by the hospitality and care and would highly recommend!

I like the consistency of Premier Inn. The bed is always comfortable although a bit less so now they have replaced feather pillows with sponge ones. Friendly and helpful staff. Try to get room 112 it’s bigger than other rooms. No aircon but they put fans in every room. The pub next door serves food but I was told the breakfast isn’t tasty. Has a good play area for kids. All in all no frills and good value for money

Simple, no frills, clean hotel in a quiet location. I didn't see a lift but it was only ground floor and 1st floor as far as I could tell. It was just what I needed for a break in my journey. The price was reasonable too but I did not try the breakfast nor any of the meals at the pub next to the hotel.

What a fantastically friendly hotel. Stayed here overnight for a wedding locally and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Would certainly recommend that you stay here if you get the opportunity. 👍🏻
