The office staff are polite and efficient and the check out staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike many of the bigger names in the hire industry these guys make you feel as though they truly care about your business and will bend over backwards to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. The vehicles are meticulously cleaned and prepared between hires which makes a pleasant change. Strategically placed branches around the south Leicestershire area fill a gap that was previously not there. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys

My car broke down on Friday evening, the day before was I due to go to London for the weekend. At short notice, Senior had a nice, clean car prepared for me at a good price. Excellent service. Friendly and efficient.

I really recommend Senior Car and Van hire! I hired a van for the weekend to shift some furniture and was surprised at how reasonably priced it was. Fast, friendly service at a good price. Had a van available the same day whereas others didn’t. Van was great, nearly brand new, clean, tidy and a full fuel tank. Very helpful, will be using again in the future!

I have hired an automatic car on two occasions from Senior Car Hire. Both times, the service has been outstanding. They are helpful, friendly and thorough, taking the time to make sure you’re happy with everything before and after you pick up the car. This is a refreshing change from most hire experiences, where I feel I’ve been ‘managed’ rather than treated as a valued customer. Add to that, the prices are very competitive and the cars are in excellent condition. I will keep coming back.

We hired the minibus for a week from Seniors, at reception the staff was so friendly and helpful. The minibus was a 22 plate Ford TOURNEO CUSTOM 320 which was absolutely amazing and brilliant to drive.. I would definitely recommend Senior Car & Van and hope use them again in the future.

We hired a Luton van from this company and I can not highly recommend them enough. From the first telephone call to the end or was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The luton van itself was very comfortable to drive as all there vehicle's are new and also very clean.
