I attended today for the first time, reception staff so lovely, nurses lovely, and Mr Adam lovely. Listened to what was wrong with me. At last a hospital that listens and understands. Thank you again. Xx

The radiography team was brilliant. There was a minor hiccup. My scan was down on paper for my right shoulder instead of the problem left one, but the admin at Renacres sorted out the error and I had the scan on the " correct" should . I even noticed the Renacres Horseshoe tree . Quite amazing !

Had my second knee arthroscopy with Mr Oakley last week . Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the theatre staff and the ward for looking after me so well . Both teams are truly exceptional.

I have recently been referred to Renacres regarding a replacement knee operation. So far the surgeon, the reception staff and the pre op nurse Jo have been exceptional. Jo spent time in going through any queries I had which put me completely at ease and she made me more comfortable in what is an anxious time for me which was very much appreciated. Up to now the process has been well organized and I can't thank the staff enough for their help so far.

I was referred to Renacres for a colonoscopy and cannot state highly enough how superb the HCA, Nurses and staff in the ward and theatre suite were. The care was exceptional, the safety checks throughout the procedure and the cleanliness of the hospital were without fault. It felt safe and efficient at every point. Thank you.

I was fortunate to come here for an operation through the NHS, and the whole experience was great. The room was lovely and clean with a nice window and all the staff were lovely. Special shout out to the nurses who were kind and attentive and made my whole stay a lot more comfortable and relaxed.

I have very high levels of anxiety.

I was a NHS patient and the whole experience was first class .

I recently had a partial knee operation at Renacres Hospital, at which time I found the whole of the expereance fantastic. From the moment you enter the building to the moment you leave, everything was so proffesional and each member of staff was so caring. To sum it up, a great experence.

I had a lumbar lamonectomy operation done in Feb on NHS.went very well performed by Dr Buxton who is a top surgeon.i have alot of improvement in mobility. A bit of back pain but am made up to have the operation here .it is very out of way u need a car or someone who has one

I have been attending Renacres regularly since February 2019 as both an inpatient and an outpatient and both as a private patient and an Nhs patient.
The treatment I have received has, on the whole, been excellent and I feel I have the most caring, understanding consultant in Mr Simon Jones.
He treats me with compassion and respect and his ability to offer reassurance and put me at ease is fantastic.
Marion, his secretary, is always polite, courteous and helpful on the telephone.

Admitted Monday PM for spine op., discharged Tuesday AM.
Entire process was totally professional and everyone I came across was friendly and helpful.
Probably my best ever hospital experience (and I’ve had quite a few…). Best of all the procedure seems 100%
successful.

Fantastic, attentive, courteous care for my Mother during her recent operation, subsequent days of respite and follow up physiotherapy. She could not fault them four years ago for a similar procedure and likewise thought the staff were wonderful this time round. Thank you Renacres.

I don't think enough praise is given to admin and booking in staff. Just spoken to Roz on the phone about my appointment she couldn't have been more polite and helpful.

This is an edit to a previous review and thanks to Clare and also consultant gynaecologist Mr Jones, I feel I can now rate this hospital as worthy of 5 stars.
Clare dealt extremely effectively, professionally and efficiently with a complaint I made regarding a previous consultation. Thanks to her I have had the very good fortune to be referred to Mr Jones whose manner, communication and care are excellent. Thank you so very much.
I have also attended the radiology unit who were nothing short of excellent.
Renacres, you should be very proud of Dr Chiphang (female) who could certainly teach some consultants how a patient should be treated. I would like to thank her for splendid care and attitude.
I would also like to thank Mr Jones' secretary Marion for superb help.

I was referred to Renacres Hospital through the NHS for a Laparoscopy (day surgery). Honestly cannot fault anything: the reception and admission staff have been so helpful whenever needed, including when I needed to move my pre-op blood test. The nurses were all just incredible, so pleasant and knowledgeable with an incredible bedside manner, going so far as to hold my hand when I got a bit upset when I was being anaesthetised. My surgeon (Mr Jones), Anaesthetist and their assistants were amazing and kept me in the loop both pre and post op about what the procedure included and what they found after. The facilities are beautiful and so clean as well. If I ever have to visit again, I certainly wouldn't complain. Thank you to everyone at Renacres, you're all fantastic and I can't thank you enough for all you've done for me.

Nothing but the best at Renacres. The staff are truly wonderful. They made my very worrying visit so lovely. I went in terrified and came out with all my phobias gone. Honestly can’t thank them enough
