My mum has had carers from ICall Care and they were lovely. Mum had never has carers before and was quite reluctant but when we met Selma and Jo mum felt happy and at ease with them...definitely recommend them. Excellent service.

The continuity of excellent care our mother receives from iCall Care is positively heartwarming. The well supported carers, with their genuinely caring, kind, gentle and warm approach, show my mother respect and compassion, to which she responds accordingly. Their visits are truly uplifting. Together with management, the carers have developed a very positive and effective relationship with our mother and her family. Excellent communication with all concerned has facilitated this.
We thank the management and their team for all they are doing to ensure my mother's needs are met and that she is safe, comfortable and extremely well looked after. Thank you!

Words can’t describe how much we appreciated the support received from the moment my late mother-in-law was discharged from the hospital, carers were there present to assist us, help, support & guide on every mater. Here are some of the names Salma, Fatima, Naz, Sofia, Mariyam, I am sorry I can’t remember all the names.

The I Call Care team are very professional, treating the patient in the most highly respected manner, punctual, going that extra mile to help my late mother-in-law feel comfortable, the care delivered, exceeded our expectation.

With my mother always being so independent she never wanted to live with family members or go into a care home. Unfortunately the time came when she needed that extra support and help with everyday care and help. Icall care was a welcomed and Superb alternative to a care home. The care the team provides for my mother is outstanding. They had an immediate rapport with my mother and spend time talking to her and give her company on their visits. It is very easy to get in touch with the management team, Salma and Mohammed who respond rapidly to any requests or queries the family has. They handle ever chanaging situations sensitively and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this local company to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one.

My aunt has been in Care for last 4 years by I Call Care.
She had previously different Care Services, but I Call Care is the best .
The carers are very friendly and caring. My Aunt is diabetic, but since I call Care care for her she has been free from diabetes medication. She has a strict food chart followed.
The management always give a feed back of any issues.
I would recommend I CALL CARE for their services. It is the service that counts.

icall care has been providing care to my uncle for the past 18 months. it is the best my uncle has received. Before icall care, we have had a few care agencies and had the same issues with lateness, unreliability and general poor care. icall care have been absolutely fantastic so far! Caring and reliable and they really do everything they can to adapt to changing needs.

Unfortunately I have had to resign from icall care due to moving to another city. Been there since 2015, and if it wasnt for moving i would have stayed for many more years. Best company ive worked for yet, especially in the care industry, and thoroughly enjoyed working there. Supportive, approachable and understanding management team, their values and morals towards service users is amazing and they always come top priority, which sometimes in care isn't always the case. Very sad to leave, wishing you all the best x
