I’m so glad I booked the appointment, I felt really heard and validated in my difficulties. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions. At the end of the appointment I felt like my mind had been put at ease and I had a solid plan for going forwards. Thank you!

The clinic are welcoming and comforting.My physiotherapist was lovely very professional and identified my issue and treatment following a thorough assessment.I intend to follow my treatment through because I'm already feeling less pain .

Attended the clinic for advice on osteoarthritis in my hands. The physiotherapist was friendly and professional. After an examination, she ran through a number of exercise activities and pain management tips and summarised this in a written report. I was very happy with the service I received and think it was value for money. The clinic itself was clean and the staff welcoming and I was able to park on site. Would recommend this service to others.

Catherine listened and then questioned further. She explained the issue and did some work on my back and also provided some exercises for me to do at home. Am going back in 6 weeks, very professional.

I have had 2 consultations with Catherine for an inflamed hip bursar and I am now more or less pain free after acupuncture and following an exercise programme. I would highly recommend Catherine.

I recently saw Catherine for a physio appointment for my shoulder and I couldn't recommend enough. Catherine was very thorough and detailed when explaining what the issues were. The environment is very calming and relaxing and she puts you at ease. Looking forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks time!

Absolutely fantastic service - gave a detailed diagnosis, and gave my knee a thorough manipulation and taped it up. The results are unbelievable- had no pain at all since my appointment. Catherine was lovely and was so knowledgeable as to why I was having such pain in my knee. I have booked again - can’t recommend her enough.

Catherine my physio was very professional, caring and friendly.
