Willowbrook Doctors - Medical Practice..

My 8 yr old had an appointment yesterday, reception tried to contact me to say that his doc had gone home sick. my fault that I didn't call them back but just went along. The receptionist told us to take a seat and they managed to squeeze us in! Brilliant service. Thank you. We've only been a few times but reception and the docs and nurses have always been pleasant and efficient. We have moved from Wales and I can understand that people get irate at how the NHS service has changed since covid. But all the practices that we have been in over the past 2 yrs (moved house twice) have provided the same phonecall service, then phone appointment and then face to face if necessary. For me, it works, but I can see how it takes some getting used to.

I have used the surgery for two separate concerns over the last few months, I saw Dr Freeman on both occasions, who was fantastic. I felt listened to and my concerns were taken seriously. Thanks to her my concerns are now being looked into. Very impressed and appreciative.

Excellent. Swift reaction to an urgent concern. I had a telephone consultation with a face-to-face follow-up. GPs were very competent and really helpful. I felt listened to. Considering how busy everyone must be at the moment, the experience was excellent. Very helpful lady at reception.

Best doctors I've been under since I moved here 10 years ago. Follow up calls etc best care I've had. Really personable people and especially Ruth my nurse so much care and understanding. Can't fault them so far

Very impressed. Went to see the physio about my shoulder issue. He knew straight away what the problem was. Gave me exercises to help relieve it and arranged further checks. Lovely lady at reception was very helpful to conclude the diagnosis through the physio. Both went above and beyond to help me.

I've lived in Sutton for nearly 7 years now, never had a problem with anyone here, all extremely friendly, wonderful doctors and nurses and had some amazing midwives look after me with both pregnancies ❤, yes the appointment time can be a bit of a wait, but I've always managed to get a same day appointment when I phone at 8.30, for myself or my two children! So it deserves 5 stars :)

First class practice, friendly staff, helpful receptionist though people have to bear in mind the effects of covid-19 where social distancing is essential. The practice nurses are really considerate as to ones needs and back office staff will always try to assist with queries.
Also to note they are like hospitals and the only people they see are suffering some kind of sickness so please give them a little slack.

Would like to say I have just spoken to Chelsea about medication and appointment. She was very present helpful and understanding. Thank you Chelsea keep up the good work

I have always managed to get an appointment when ive needed one either for myself or my little girl.System online is a great way for making pre bookable appointments or on the day appointments from 7am in the morning. Ive been with this surgery 37 years and have always been provided with a great level of professional service from the receptionists to the Drs

Have lived in Sutton-Ashfield 18 months and never had a problem bookings a GP or nurse appointment, routine or urgent. A well rounded bunch staff, quite well organised I think!

Have attended this practice for many years. It's a modern building with up to date technology. It's spacious and a pleasant waiting room. The service is very good and polite and understanding.
It's a credit to the community.

These are a very good surgery , they have saved my sons life twice firstly they sent him to hospital by ambulance as showing signs of sepsis luckily it wasn't and secondly hospital again due to high bloods and diagnosed with type 1 diabetes if it wasn't for the nurseing team he wouldn't be here , so please think before giving them a bad report

This place a joke until I seen a doctor green kept me going to see hi. Till he got to the bottom of my problem top doctor so the star arw for Dr Green not the whole place

From initial phone call , 10 days to hospital appointment and treatment. 1st class service at this difficult time. Thank you

The staff I have encountered...Dr Watts, Dr Jenkins and Mrs Bower have been friendly and professional.

Been with Willowbrook since I was a baby and never in my life experienced any kind of problem,the staff on reception are very polite and helpful at all times,even when someone might be difficult.The doctors have always been brilliant when it comes to caring and diagnosis of any concerns I have.Exerlent doctors surgery.
