You have been absolutely BRILLIANT everything we've bought this year we've had and I know that royal mail has been under a lot of pressure to deliver the vast amount of mail this Christmas time. You have been fantastic Ferndale delivery office thank you so so much

I was hoping to get the delivery today paid £8 will I have it Monday??????

They like to let themselves into people's homes to leave parcels. I have reported this as a serious problem several times before only nothings been done. BE WARNED!!

Open hours are ridiculous, had a parcel sent here for no reason when there's a post office across across the road from me in Treorchy and my parcel is only a 300mm sticker which should had easily been posted.....

its a rubbish system, I was texted and told that royal mail will be delivering a covid testing kit between 10: 11 and 2:11, then tried tracking it and it says was delivered at 2:15, but it must be in invisible packaging as I cannot see any post

Shows my item as deliverd and the proof of delivery is a photo of a fileing cabinet and my item is not been delivered very poor service eould not reccomend to anybody

Abysmal opening hours when I'm in work. 8-10 every day..Why can't you have a late one a couple of times a week

Don't bother going to collect your parcels that's been there for days, they won't give any parcels out only letters, they got a back log cos they went on strike and they havnt got the time to go looking for any parcels.

Never been here in my life but they are saying I've collected an item from there. They don't have my signature for collecting the item. So they've effectively just stolen it and I'm £30 out of pocket.

Its open most days for 2 hours between 8-10am. Absolutely ridiculous time and suspiciously when most start work. It means waiting in all day because you can't even go down to pick it up. I wish I could give it fewer stars because it's just shocking service.

Yeah let's not leave tracked 48 parcels on doorsteps shall we . For god sake .

Special delivery supposedly collected and signed for but they don't know who by or when expensive ring lost fishy or what
