Always friendly and helpful staff, store very convenient for me being old

The one thing I fine strange is that there seems to be only 2 members of staff working. That means you sometimes have to wait at the till, for the staff who are off busy doing other stuff to notice you waiting. I don't think it good for customer service or staff morale and safety.

The staff at Ferndale co_op are very pleasent and helpfull as yesterday i went to pick up some groceries had forgotten my card and a staff member paid until i got back there later great hob
