Forest View Medical Centre

I phoned up today and saw a Doctor. Both the Doctor and Receptionist were lovely . I do have to wait about 3 weeks for a Blood test,but apparently they are short staffed,as is the same most places. I have no complaints so far inthe 10 months I have been with this Practise.

There's 7 of us in our family so use the surgery often. I've never been let down by them, always managed to get at least a telephone consultation. Their quick work saved my wife's life. The staff have shown nothing but respect to my family at all times. The Rhondda is an aging society and as such will always have a large demand put on the health system. My first port of call is very often to call into the chemist as they can very of ten and have sorted out minor problems for my family and myself.

Had some bloods and lifestyle checks with Josh today, one of the nicest male nurses ive ever met. He was very friendly, very patient and calm really put me at ease. I also did not feel a thing and he had my bloods 1st time. Not sure if I left review for the lovely nurse Gemma last time. She was equally as friendly, calm and patient. Both an asset to the team. Thank you xxx

Forest view? Amazing!!!! They are the very best doctors, Dr Saunders and his team are brilliant, caring friendly and very efficient. Sometimes you might have to wait for an appointment, or have to wait longer in the waiting area - that's because they are busy giving thier brilliant care to a patient, your turn will come. Also the care at Forest view is so so good that they have an awful lot of patients there. Perfection takes time.... Forest view's service is perfection

Phoned early this morning because I have a chesty cough. Receptionist was great. Said to be at surgery for 10.30, which I was, but may have a wait. Well I actually saw Dr Saunders at 10.35. I am very happy with the attention I received. Thanks you Forest View!!!

Been registered with Forest View from it's opening. I have always received the best attention and service from the reception staff, the health care staff and any doctor that I have seen. The surgery building is clean and modern and care provided has been exceptional.

I changed to this surgery 2 years ago and so glad I did, best around here me and children are always seen, even emergency appointments we are sorted out straight away they're so helpful and friendly there, the doctors are lovely aswel.. Brilliant surgery never had any problems with them there

I have been seen on more than 1 occasion by Dr Miller and he is an exceptional GP. When I was unwell he was amazing and I shall be forever grateful for his care and compassion.

Absolutely amazing service from forest view and the wonderful Dr Bennett, the care she has given my little boy is and was outstanding.

Lovely looking place very updated surgery with selection of doctors wheelchair accessible and disable friendly staff very helpful

Really cannot be bothered to write how much I have been messed about with a health issue I have . 6 months down the line I've still not received a prescription even though it was recommended by a specialist . I think the word USELESS comes to mind .

This is the best surgery iv been to for a long time I see DR sundaes and he listens to you and not like most doctors sir you down and kick u out not with DR sundars

Best surgery around in my opinion along with Sheppard's pharmacy staff in both are helpful. Dr Saunders and his team are great

Always helpful 😊 never refused appointment with me or children if emergency chemist lovely expect one ignorant girl not fussed she's rude wish I knew her name I'd name and shame lovely otherwise
