Nice little shop. A little more expensive than a supermarket, but you're paying for the convenience of a local store.
Also has a Subway, but personally I've never liked them! Not a fan of the 'bread' they use , I find it dry as sin myself.

Hard to descrive as a supermarket more a good high street store with a good selection of most household requiered items

I would give 3 stars but the subway nudges the score up for me. Not as good value as the shop next door but the staff are always tidy

Misleading offers. Cash registers repeatedly fail to recognise multi-buy discounts and continue to charge full price. Not an isolated occurrence; has been occurring for several weeks.

Shop staff are powerless to override the system, despite the clear error. Not their fault.

Customers have to decide between forfeiting the discount and cancelling the entire transaction. Unacceptable.

Policy with the Costa cups kept by the till so have to shop first, buy a cup and then go back with your shopping to use the Costa machine is indicative of a poorly managed store. Apparently to "stop people stealing coffee"! Do you keep the cans by the till and containers of coke in the fridge? No! Manage your shoplifting problem effectively and do not tar everyone with the same brush!... And to be spoken down to when I used my own refillable cup by the till operator was very rude! Most certainly will not be returning to this store.

One of the worst spars in the area, food is always late coming out on the selves, it is also prepared without gloves and after waiting 15 minutes to get a costa coffee but couldn't because the staff were making them self's all coffee, always thought the customer came first but not in this store as most of the time they are stood around talking , walk out of shop and will never go in again, they lost a lot of custom from me as I always grabbed food and coffee and cigarettes

Incompetent staff. Judgmental management and no customer service skills at all.
