I can't recommend Damian enough, he is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely kind, understanding and patient.
I have been to many of his yoga sessions over the years. His techniques and style of yoga have helped me with many things from poor posture, bad walking habits and lots of different types of back pain. Go and see Damian he will put that positive spring back in your life. Thx Damian 🙏

My Past life healing session with Damian was spellbinding! It was my first visit & I was instantly blown away by his beautiful space & it's amazing aromas! After we'd talked about my issue the healing began and his voice was so soothing all the way through I felt entranced! His healing ritual was so powerful I physically felt the trauma leave my body... AMAZING experience I highly reccomend!

I have to say that Damian is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever met. He has a very gentle way but makes you realise that your potential is much more than you expected. For me the best bit was the guided meditation at the end. It felt like one of the most tranquil things I have ever experienced. I am a yoga teacher myself and I am very picky but Damian is really worth studying with. I like his attention to small details and his adjustments in postures are really good too.
