Excellent service by all staff at Specsavers in Aberdare.When i had my first cateract operation last March i had post a op problem,Rang specsavers on a sunday morning about it&they saw me immediately& i was examined by 2 opticians who reassurred me.They followed this up by seeing me again.I cannot speak highly enough about the opticians&staff at Aberdare Specsavers.

Great experience. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was very impressed with the latest technologies used for my eye test and the Optician explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. I would not hesitate to recommend Specsavers in Aberdare.

I had 3 new pairs of glasses that have been the best ones yet. I am so pleased with the quality and fit and my vision is perfect with them. I was welcomed in the store by every person that i met. The eye test was carried out on time and very professionally. When i went to choose the frames i was so uncertain but was given excellent help and advice with my choices. Such nice people, i would definitely recommend this store.

Unfortunately, the two pair of reading glasses I had recently didn't suit me at all. Gavin the Director refunded my money in an efficient and professional manner, with no problem at all. Many thanks to you!

Good variety. Often busy here so sometimes a bit of a wait but usually get seen ok. The opticians have done a better job for me than other Specsavers branches nearby which is why I return here even after moving from the area

Although a minor hiccup occurred, it was resolved effortlessly. The branch manager was able to resolve this with no issues whatsoever for which I am extremely pleased.

Lovely people work here, had to have glasses and Claire was there to help. We picked the ones I liked first, my other 2 pairs I tried on didn't look right, Claire was honest with her option (which I did ask her to do) would recommend this store, the lady who took me for the pressure test was also very nice and also the optitician as well. Glasses arrived very quickly as well, and fit great. Thanks everyone you do great work and excellent customer service

After receiving my new glasses, I was struggling with the change from metal to a plastic frame, became irritated by them not sitting comfortably and slipping. Spoke to the team who could not have been any more helpful, walked me through the options I had available and resolved the issue within a week.

I cannot praise or thank the team in Aberdare for all that they have done for me, perfect service with a smile. Thankyou once again!

Been wearing and buying glasses all my life. Just had eye test at specsavers Aberdare. What a pleasant experience. The optician was brilliant. Explained everything and every step of the test. The staff were friendly and understanding. Didn't try to push me into buying things I didn't need/want. Can't praise them high enough. Highly recommended if your in need of a test or new specs.. Brilliant! 🤗🤩🤗

My mums eyesight had deteriorated. Booked her an appointment. They were all amazing. Found a problem so I had to take mum back for more tests. I paid an extra ten pounds for an advanced test. Mum is diabetic and gasnt gad her glaucoma test at hospital due to lockdown. Specsavers tested her for everything. Highly recommend the service in Aberdare Specsavers my only wish would be that pembroke was were the same but unfortunately they tried to rip me off and I will never go there again But I highly recommend Aberdare. From the girl on the desk to every member if staff in that store are professional great with elderly and young children. A GREAT TEAM. I will consider driving the 180 Mike's round trip to go back there myself
