Exactly what a convenience store should be. Open long hours. Can get Amazon delivered here. Full newsagents. Photocopies. Pay bills. Do lottery. Buy bits and bobs. And they are very friendly

Always a lovely friendly service. Open early and closes late for convenience to all. Has a wide range of produce including foods, snacks, ice creams and cakes, fruit and all necessary basics. Has stacks of magazines and newspaper deliveries and collections. A great range of stationary, gift cards, arts and crafts selections for creativity and a photocopier machine also for convenience which I find great. They also are catering for deliveries from.online purchases to collect instore. Top ups for energy machines, mobile phone vouchers and topping up debit cards available. Also an affordable tobacconist with options for vapes and juices. A coffee machine for on the go customers and a slush machine for the children. The longest standing convenience store in Aberdare which they should be proud of.

Casually asked them to order something and collected it today. Absolutely delighted. Great local newsagent. 👍👍👍

Gareth Rees Newsagents is a vital part of our community it is open from 6am until 12am, It does offer a delivery service if needed for a small delivery charge, there is also a 2nd floor which sells birthday cards ect also excellent arts and crafts materials..

I find gareth rees's shop to be a warm friendly nature all the staff are pleasant and polite, gareth reess shop has been providing the bread on the table for him for many years and should be able to for many more, he is of a kind nature local man

Great that the shop is open from very early to very late. Prices are always reasonable with a large selection on offer.
The delivery times on their Snappy Shopper is atrocious, however, with several hours worth of waiting times. Customer service is also low when it comes to sorting out any issues you have.

Well stocked with the latest newspapers & magazine. Can buy variety of sweets, cold drinks, stationary, chilled foods etc
