This was the first bridal shop I went to, I didn’t expect to find my dress so quickly but I did. Mel and Lucy were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect dress, I’m so grateful to them. Then I had a last minute panic about a veil, they booked me in quickly and together we found the perfect veil. Thank you both 🩷

It has been about a month since my visit to Bridal Reloved Leicester, and I still can't stop thinking of what a wonderful experience it was. The approach was wholly client-centred and focused on creating a comfortable, calm environment, making the dress selection entirely stress and pressure-free. Mel is incredibly kind and made me feel so at ease, encouraging me to focus on what I, and not anyone else, hoped for. She pulled a variety of dresses for me to try, which helped me to understand what styles I suited and felt happy wearing. As well as finding and falling in love with my wedding dress, I tried on a beautiful veil, which I just had to return to purchase the following week. My family and I had the most pleasant of days and only wish we could do it all again. Thank you so very much!

Mel and Lucy were so patient when I was trying on practically every dress in store. I overthought my dress, but luckily it was still there the next day when I rang back, and they were so accommodating with helping me reschedule appointments due to covid. Fantastic selection of dresses in practically every style, bridal accessories too, and to top it off - two lovely ladies to guide you!

I'm so glad I went to bridal Reloved! I was really keen to get a dress for a reasonable price and it was a bonus for me that it was an ethical way of getting my dress. Mel & Lucy were so kind and friendly. They were really patient whilst I attempted to try on just about every dress in the store 😂 I felt really relaxed the whole time and didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They were knowledgeable about the alterations the seamstress would be able to do and gave a good recommendation. Would really recommend anyone to go here!

Absolutely amazing bridal shop! Mel is so friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. I drove a 300 mile round trip for my first bridal shop and it was totally worth it! Despite me and my mum arriving a few minutes late, we never felt rushed or pressured and Mel gave me the opportunity to try different styles of dress on. There must be a dress here for every style and budget - I genuinely left in awe and amazement of my amazing purchase 😍 Thank you so so much!

Mel was amazing from the moment I booked an appointment. I went to see her less than 2 weeks before my wedding as I was unhappy with all the dresses I had tried. I found the most perfect dress for me within 20 minutes! Mel was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to pair accessories to my dress. My sisters and I went to Bridal Reloved with my daughter, Nicole, to help choose her bridal gown for her very special day. We were all very excited, Nicole was quite nervous. Mel & Lucy made Nicole feel really comfortable & very special. They were encouraging & patient; nothing was too much trouble. How I ended up at Bridal Reloved is a long story but this is the abbreviated version. On Saturday the 20th of August, I received a text asking if I would like to take up a cancelled appointment. I really wanted to have a lie in but I decided to go just in case there was something there waiting for me.

Upon arrival, Mel and Lucy made me so comfortable and offered me refreshments. I tried on two dresses and they gave me their honest feedback which was refreshing. My third dress was "the dress" and that was when I realised that Mel and I are family 😚. The dress fit beautifully with no amendments required. On the whole I highly recommend Bridal Reloved and their kindness in providing me with a payment plan and the opportunity to keep my dress with them.
