If I believed in God, I'd say he took serious pride in creating this place. It is gorgeous! I'm there for work at the moment and honestly, you couldn't get a more stunning backdrop for a construction site.
The locals are all super friendly, there's plenty of pedestrian routes, it's great for a day out with the family or walking the doggo, a wonderful array of wildlife to enjoy and the scenery is some of the best I've ever laid eyes upon. A true delight just outside of Birmingham.

Beautiful nature reserve, places to have picnics, and lovely woodland to walk through, you even get to cross the severn valley railway track.

Lovely place to visit for a walk and even a picnic. Lots of different routes to explore. Also one of the best ice-cream shops everrrr is here and always a great addition to the walk under normal circumstances.

Trimpley Reservoir is a great place to visit on a sunny day. There is plenty of parking nearby, lots of footpaths in the area, the steam train runs past and the views are lovely. You can sit on the grass on a flat, or on the bank which also faces the sun. There was a variety of different people of all ages. We'll be going back when the sun is out again 🙂

Excellent for a walk! Free parking and no shops for the kids to waste money in! Beware the inconsiderate dog owners who don't clean up after their dogs!!

Lovely quiet spot in the Severn valley. Lots of fish and birds. Nice walk around the reservoirs, and an important bit of the water supply jigsaw for the Midlands. Parking isn't great; just on the side of the access road

Great place to visit and walk.i can recommend walking through the woods to Arley, there's a pub, tea rooms, and the severn valley railway (when they reopen fingers crossed soon) then back along the river up to the reservoir. If the weather is good take a picnic and enjoy the views off the top of the bank by the water.
