After visiting a few different car forecourts we were almost ready to give up when we saw a lovely looking Audi Q5 on autotrader. So we raced over to Manorwood cars! Wow! Not only was the car just what we wanted these guys were amazing from the off set. Very relaxed approach, very genuine and very helpful. Everyone is unsure about buying second hand cars as were we but these guys were different and honest. We brought the Audi with no regrets! The car is great! No problems at all and even had a follow up phone car to check everything was OK and we were happy! Thanks guys, keep doing what your doing. Very happy and would definitely recommend 110%. No issue was too much problem for them, any queries I had were dealt with efficiently and effectively. The whole process was smooth and completed in record time for my birthday. Excellent from start to finish. We arrived to have a look at a car that had already gone, we where so impressed we actually purchased another completely different car. Kano was brilliant and his relaxed attitude and brilliant sense of humour instantly put us at ease, we where left to look at cars at our own leisure and within seconds of asking cars where unlocked for us to look at. At any point we didnt feel pressured (as we have at other places in the past) and would highly recommend these guys, thank you 👌👍

Lovely polite bunch of guys, from start to finish they were in no way pushy allowed us to look around the car and test drive, answering any questions we had, really made up with the car (Kia sportage) we noticed it had an issue before leaving and they made a note of it with the intention to either book on for repair or replacement 😊 can’t fault them or their customer service, would 100% recommend to friends and family well worth the 3 hours journey thank you.

Couldn’t beat the service. These guys are breaking the cliché of pushy salesmen. Left alone to look around the car but the guys were on hand to help us out when we had any questions. Great cars sold by real car people. Couldn’t be happier, so glad I stumbled on this place

Very polite and professional guys really impressed with the way they conducted their business with us, we bought a lovely Kia sportgage, we did realise before leaving that the sat nav screen wasn’t working for some reason and they promptly told us that they would either book it in for fixing or replace just waiting for contact as to when that will be as we traveled for 3 hours to do business with them after reading the reviews which were really helpful, these guys do not hard sell or push you into a sale it was really a delightful experience thank you Manor wood cars. 😊 🚙 💨 👌

Great service here, we drove quite a way to collect the car but ended up running late due to traffic on M1, but it was no problem for them, they stayed open just to make sure I got my new car nothing was too much. They are all very friendly and professional. I'm so happy with my car thank you so much 😁

I recently purchased a vehicle from Manor Wood Cars and was entirely happy with the process. Negotiations remained fair and reasonable at all times. The staff were professional and helpful. I advised Kano that I was to have the vehicle independently inspected by a type vehicle specialist. (Which when spending such money I’d have done with anyone - this is no reflection on MWC) This was not a problem. They gave the inspector space, time and a staff member for the test drive. They even stayed late when the inspector was running late. The vehicle passed the inspection by the way and the purchase went ahead. Very happy with my purchase !

I travelled for 5 hours to get a vehicle here. A clean and well maintained show room. Was busy which is a good sign. Down to earth, helpful, non pushy, good humoured staff here. We're open and Frank on what's required for a part ex and were open about the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend them and go back.

Really nice, genuine guys. They went over and above to make sure I knew what was going on and that the car was spot on when I drove it away. Its really hard to find a car dealer that's trustworthy but Manorwood have excelled themselves!
