Brown's Cafe Bistro

We had a lovely late lunch at Brown’s Cafe today, BLT and Club sandwich were amazing! Thank you!

The chicken and lamb is halal. The service was great. You get way more better portion size than Cue and the food comes out hot and it is tasty! I was stuffed! I had a tuna and cheese panini and it comes with chips, salad and coleslaw. I think it was around £6.50. My other half had 3 omelette with chicken and salad and chips and our guest had eggs florentine and we got a tea pot for two . It came to £27. Cheaper than Cue and nearby cafes. The customer service was brilliant and I will be going back again with friends and family! Thank you browns for giving me another place to visit in Leicester for breakfast and lunch!

Great service and nice little cafe. Definitely going back as the amount of food for the price was great and the melt I had was amazing. Highly recommended if you are in the area and after some lunch.

3rd time coming here for afternoon tea and service is always brilliant. Good portions of food and lovely tea. Massive slabs of cake!

After everyones lockdown and travelling issues me and the family were finally able to pay Browns a vist. It was worth the wait.
Spoilt for choice with the menu but never complicated, they had a specials menu and i ordered from that in the end.
Ingredients were as fresh as!, and all food was prepared freshly too. So nice and with good presentation as well.
Would definitely recommend a visit and we'll be going again soon! P.S Best poached eggs i've ever had (see photos)

Interesting specials available. Cosy establishment. Seemed very popular as filled up quickly during lunchtime. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed afternoon tea at Browns. The sandwiches were beautifully fresh, scones were gorgeous 😍. There were so many cakes to choose from and the service was excellent. Would definitely come again and recommend.

Just wanted to say my friend and I had a wonderful lunch on Monday with you , a rare find of a lovely place eat , we had the quiche of the day with salad and chips , with a drink in the garden in the sunshine it was scrumptious, thanks guys great job well done ! Can’t wait to return , I could have ate the whole menu x

One of the best full English breakfasts I’ve had. Everything cooked perfect. The one thing it’s missing is HP brown sauce. Other than that, perfect. Even the tea, loose tea. Will 100% return and recommend. Ps. Parking can be a nightmare

One of the highlights of our visit was the cafe's beautiful garden. It was super cute and had a relaxing vibe, making it the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee or savor a meal in the open air. Speaking of coffee, I must say that the coffee at Brown's Cafe was the best I have ever had. The baristas clearly took pride in their craft, as each cup was expertly prepared and served with care. The rich aroma and the perfectly balanced flavors made it a delightful indulgence. Lastly, the afternoon tea experience at Brown's Cafe was a true delight. Even my 8-year-old son, who fancies himself a budding food critic, enjoyed the experience immensely. He compared every restaurant we visited after that and declared Brown's Cafe to be his favorite. Delicious Welsh Rarebit melt and salad, The Ginger bread latte was extremely creamy and rich, I would Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a tranquil and humble lunch. 😋

What a lovely place to eat.. Really lovely tastey well prepared and presented food. A Christmas meal fit for a king..
And staff were lovely, so nice and friendly. Could not do enough for us.
