Was advised they were having difficulties with supplies so rang up before travelling to check availability of 4m half round guttering.
I was told they had plenty in stock and on arrival was told the same, only to then be told there were none.

I had been told similar stories by others hence calling.

Definitely would not use them on any projects with any subcontractor critical time constraints as their stock control measures are non-existent, and staff won't think to visually check before advising you travel to them or make build decisions.

I have always used national plastics for my house renovation ie garden, bathroom, kitchen etc but my dad who recently passed away always went for me to get what I needed....so now I'm left to do it alone. I went today and I was treated with disrespect, with abruptness, spoken to in a not nice manner, belittled and treated like the woman who should stay indoors by the man serving. Would he have spoken to a man like I was spoken too because I doubt that very much. Came home so upset and angry and I will certainly be taking my custom else where.

What a waste of time these people are, totally ignorant to customers unless your one of the regulars that stand around talking and keep other customers waiting.
Google other upvc companies, I found better one's out there !!
