Tom, who we originally met to look over the car and handled the whole process for us. was a star and couldn’t help us enough, he made the process very stress free. Mark also handled a few things for me who was also very good. James, who helped us on the day of buying the car was also very helpful. Fantastic service from Tom starting with the initial website contact and Tom sending me a lengthy video of the car (we live over 60 miles away from the garage) through to the test drive and even picking us up from the train station on the day we collected the car. It wasn’t even a brand new one either. Will certainly be back in the future. Big shout to Charlie and Rob as well.

I have recently had an excellent experience buying a used car from J&J Motors. Tom Crosbee was absolutely fantastic the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble, he was genuine, patient and approachable. None of the staff were pushy at all and this meant we really enjoyed the process. Charlie who is currently in training was also very helpful and professional. I had some issues with my loan coming through and both Tom and Charlie were so understanding and patient it made the whole situation less stressful. There was excellent communication from all staff from start to finish.
Tom arranged for some alterations to be made to the car and both me and my partner are so pleased with the car and services. Thank you J&J motors!

I bought a car from J&J Motors as a 1st time customer and had the best experience from start to finish. Marc, the salesman, was a pleasure to deal with and exceeded my expectations in dealing with the car sale and after sales care. The car needed to be prepared for it’s MOT and this was done to impeccable standards. Marc was true to his word and made sure any maintenance issues were resolved to my satisfaction. In fact, he went above and beyond to deal with any queries I had. My perception of the company is that as a family run business they care about every customer and treat you with the upmost respect. The sales and service department have both been a pleasurable experience. All the members of staff have been extremely polite and a pleasure to do business with. Well done to the Owner, Managers and employees as clearly the family culture they want customers to experience is working successfully.

Tom crossby handled my sale in this instance and I honestly feel that the review won't do his service justice. Tom (who is new to Bridgend) went above and beyond to provide a suitable car solution for me ticking my primary boxes, cost efficiency, appearance, and eco credentials. Tom was prompt to respond to every query I had, and provided conclusive explanations of all costings when trading in my old car (2018 vitara which the lease was now up) Tom also helped with additional extras including alloy upgrades that weren't handled directly by j&j, he offered to phone the bofyshop to facilitate having my wheels coated with a recommended firm who have also done and incredible job transforming what was a standard alloy into something much more aesthetic and fitting with the cars look. Tom delivered everytime, of quoted delivery and timescales, cost and ease of service! An incredible sales Representative and person who made me feel completely at ease every step of the way and instilled trust through actions not just words.

I woukd also like to add that we as a family have been dealing with j & j motors for the last 10 years and can highly recommend everyone there, Mark & Phil are both wonderful and the service team go above and beyond for their customers! They truely change the standard for car sales, if you've ever dealt with a cowboy head hear next to feel completely. Reassured and get looked after!

1st time having my Ignis serviced at J&J Motors, very impressed with professionalism and friendliness of the staff , requested it be ready by 12.30pm. Had phone call at 12 to say service was complete. Can't fault service from initial phone call to bookin to collection.

Hi went to JJ motor's in laleston on Wednesday 20/11/19 when we got there there were no pushy salesmen when I was ready to speak to a sales man his name was mark he was absolutely brilliant got a model of the car I wanted for a test drive we decided to go ahead with the purchase expected to wait 12 weeks for a new car mark got one for me in 10 days the service is second to none and I should highly recommend brilliant service .

What a great dealership.Having had a really poor experience with the Service Department in Weavers in the Rhondda, on my renewal PCP deal I decided to venture further afield and am definately not sorry.Marc the sales person who has dealt with me has been great.The whole set up is professional but also very laid back and relaxed.Best part of all Great Deal to suite my budget and SUZUKI CARS ROCK!!

I have to say thee best car garage I have been to by far. There customerssrevice is of the highest standard they are honest an treat you like one of them, even when I had a bump on their lead car I was worried and consernes about what would happen next but they took care of me looked after me and sorted it all without any fuss and with alot of understanding and consideration.
