The receptionist is always helpful. The three doctors I've seen since I joined this surgery have always looked after me and my family really well.

always a good experience and the doctors are great. Helped me through an urgent diagnosis and always have time to discuss available treatments. I have been with them for 4 years.

I appreciate that last week Dr Chelvan and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was seen.

Thank you for your support.

Can be really good or awfully bad, depending on which receptionist you have the (mis)fortune to deal with. Also in the morning it's not unusual to ring for 45 mins-1 hour trying to get an appointment, then if the bad receptionist answers you get berated for not calling earlier... duh... I've been trying non stop since 8, it's either busy or rings out

I have signed up for this surgery after moving into the area and I am very dissapointed. Doctors do not seem to care and are not great at diagnosing or getting to the root of the problem, app does not work and you cannot place appointments. Its difficult to get hold of the receptionist. The other day I had to come down to surgery to ask for prescription, as I could not reach surgery for 3 days over the phone and in the end I was prescribed wrong drug.

I understand gps can be busy however this surgery is just ridiculous when it comes to just answering the phone! It does not matter what time you call, it never gets answered, then it just hangs up on you. I have a new born baby and trying to get through to them is just such a pain. The doctors seem to be ok, have not had enough appointments yet to know. But there is one dr there who is not great at all, seen him a couple times, he dismisses what we speak about, my baby has terrible reflux and has been loosing weight when I had his 6-8 week check up (which took me weeks to be able to book in due to their terrible service) he didn’t even weigh him!! When I asked him if he was going to weigh him, whilst looking at the baby scales he said “oh I don’t do that” !!! Absolute shambles.

Went for my flu jab appointment on 6.10.23. Tiny waiting area packed with a score of others, many booked at the identical time. People in their 70s lined the walls. After waiting half an hour, with no sign of a vaccinator, like others I left.

Very poor and bad clinic. You need to wait a long time for an appointment. And they don't answer the phone.

I have been with this surgery for over 30 years, first under original Dr who was amazing, now under various GPs who never seem to have the time to listen. Still no face to face appointments, you get a 3hour window for a call (after waiting a week or more) and they don't call in that time, they are always late. Then the call is rushed, they don't listen, and do not take a long term view of your health. Really terrible service, now, and thankfully we are moving soon so we can leave this awful surgery.

Never answer the phone however when I've been in the surgery the reception staff are never busy and always have time for a chat with a colleague. They also do not priortise children. My daughter was 4 weeks when I called for an appointment, and they gave me an appointment for the following 2 days. After she has had her next set of immunisations I will be changing GP.

The worsest surgery in the UK, I’ve ever experienced! Strating from the receptionist sand finished woth most of the doctors.

No wonder why I am seing different doctors every time, even on my message it says other name.

Every time sending me to the emergency care as they never have available appointments. Or if you are luck to get an appointment will be via the phone.

Then they prescribe you a medication without examining you.

I don't understand the purpose of the surgery if the Doctor is not prepared to listen to you. Any time i see or speak to the Doctor she never has enough time for my family. She never listens and dismisses you before you finish your sentence. You end up leaving the surgery empty and we always have to go to the chemist for further information. Even on the phone she is always rushed and never has time to listen. There is no duty of care at all. The nurse and receptionist are fine but the main Doctor at the surgery needs some training on customer care and the fundamentals of listening.

If you need an urgent appointment.Do not wast your time...Never ever struggle that much to get someone over the phone and have an appointment in the same week not even the week after.I actually walked in after 2 weeks to get an appointment 2 weeks after.Absolute joke!!!
I saw an old Dr,I cannot recall her name but God the meanest one ever. This woman will not even listen to what you have to say and will rush you to the door...Cannot even type on her Pc.I was so annoyed😣
Only good thing is the receptionist are lovely. They need more of them.Recruit!!!!

I have been with this Dr since about 1990..Back then it was the best surgery in and around Orpington. But then Dr Ring retired and the surgery went downhill rapidly. Given up trying to get an appointment, just hope I don't get ill.... As I said ..from best to worst....

one star a reflection on the ability to make an appointment to see a nurse, poor poor availability, "flu clinic takes priority" unable to book cervical screening, even months in advance. Letting women down, no priority given to those whom at risk of cervical Ca. terrible.

Can never get through on the phone. Never get a face to face appointment. And they don't prioritise children for appointments. Will be leaving the surgery

Almost never there is a doctor except late afternoon. And I don't believe the doctors are good at diagnosis or treatment at all. My husband had to get a cut on my finger due to wrong dosage of the antibiotic that was given. If he prescribed the normal dosage, it wouldn't be necessary at all.
