Highly recommend using Anna Ashton to sell your property. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Never an issue making contact and staff get back to you straight away if not available. Unfortunately we had to remove our house from sale due to onward purchase falling through but will definitely be using Anna Ashton again when we find the right property without hesitation. Can only speak highly of this estate agent, its a shame the same can’t be said for some others.

Can't recommend Anna Ashton Estate Agents enough. All the staff were amazing … extremely helpful and organized. They sent the right people to view our property, and we had an offer on the first viewing. Anna and her staff were very professional and kept us constantly informed of progress on a regular basis. Our sale went through so easily, even my solicitor commented on how professional they were! A very friendly estate agent business, everything was handled very professionally when we moved from Birmingham to Ammanford. Fantastic agent. Extremely professional. My husband and I viewed our new home through two estate agents and there is no comparison. Arrived on time for the viewing, let us take as long as we wanted (despite it being a late evening appointment) and answered every question we had. Our home was in probate but they discussed the possibility of us renting from the vendor until they were able to proceed. This allowed us to relocate and settle our children in school before the house was officially ours. They went above and beyond. We're now settled in our new home and we can't thank the team at Anna Ashton enough.

First class service from Anna, Rebekah, Vicki and the team in both selling our previous property and the purchase of our current property. Both the sale and Purchase were concluded within a 6 week period and the team were very professional, informative and answered any queries quickly both by e-mail, telephone and in person.
