Just completed on my new house via Clees in Ammanford. Can’t recommend Emma highly enough - she was in touch with both myself and the vendor every week, I always knew what stage the purchase was at and it took all the stress out of buying. I ended up visiting the house on 4 occasions, each time Emma arranged the viewing, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely a 5* service, thank you so much!

This was a massive life changing move for me. From the minute I contacted Clee, I received nothing but help and understanding, constant updates and check-ins. I always felt that they cared and understood the circumstances, never once felt that I couldn't ask a question. This is so important to feel like your in safe hands. I am so glad Clee was there with me through the whole property transaction process. I am a first time buyer and had delays with my solicitor and my bank which caused stress for me and also for the vendor of the property I was purchasing from. Clee was friendly, re-assuring and a voice of calm during my extremely long and frustrating house transaction (my offer was accepted in Nov 2020 but I only got my keys in late May 2021!). I really felt Clee was genuinely concerned & worried for me when these delays occurred and the transaction was not going smoothly and didn't make me feel that they were frustrated at me but genuinely wanted to help. They constantly kept in touch to see what they could do to help and also chased my solicitor if there were any delays and always tried to keep the transaction moving as efficiently as possible.
