Quiet walk, great views, would go in the summer. It was a little wet when we went. But still enjoyed the peaceful walk!

Wonderful views of Amman Valley, Llandybie and Carreg Cennen Castle. Quiet with parking at the bottom. Less than an hour walk up.

What a view, gentle ish uphill walk easy for beginners little steeper at the top but managable once up the veiws are breathtaking

Lovely walk, very quiet. Would note, dog walkers be aware mountain sheep roaming so dogs on leads needed through the how walk, no fences

Tair Carn Isaf has one of the most spectacular views in Carmarthenshire. From the Cairns on a clear day you can see the Devon Coast, Bristol Channel, Swansea Bay, Gower, Carmarthen Bay, Preceli Mountains, Carreg Cennen Castle and the Carmarthen Fans. There is a small carpark at the bottom. The walk up is about a mile on a steep path which gets quite rocky as you approach the Carns. If there's one walk you need to do in Carmarthenshire this is the one. Highly recommended on a clear day
