I’ve been a customer for years and yesterday was another example of quality customer service from the friendly team in Cross Hands.

Katie went above and beyond to look after me after walking in last minute to hire a suit. I needed a black tie suit for an event that was happening that evening. I’m sure I was challenge, however Katie went and delivered. She was patient and helped me look my best and I’m very grateful for her wonderful service.

I can’t think of anywhere else to go and hire my suits in Wales. Diolch

I hired 10 suits from Dyfed, Crosshands, for my wedding and I must say every single member of staff was professional, helpful and patient with my men and my little nags.

Several members of my groomsmen team either worked until 5-6 or were elderly and one live across the border and wouldn't be able to collect suit until the day before the wedding. All these challenges were handled with care, attention, humour and professionalism.

I tried a kilt and a suit and nothing was too much trouble. The suits were of a great quality and the size range was also advantageous since it caters to the larger gentlemen.

Hiring a patriotic, proud and successful Welsh company was another added bonus!

Pricing was reasonable as was the range and variety on offer. They also have products for sale within the shop and I bought myself a rather nice tie and a pair of brogues which again I couldn't have been happier with.

I visited Dyfed Menswear in Gorslas primarily to get a suit dry cleaned and the staff were very helpful.
I browsed around and saw a lot of suits that I liked but most of them were not in my size as I like them to be rather loose fitting.
I decided that I would try some on and they found an "end of line" suit in their storeroom that I liked and which I decided to buy.
However, when they told me the price it was outside of the price range I had in mind, but the Manager/Owner (John) dropped over 30% off the price as it was the only one left in the store.
They even let out the trouser so that they were looser around the wasit and far more comfortable.
I am more than happy with the service I received and will certainly return there for dry cleaning and to buy more items of clothing which all looked to be great quality and reasonably priced.

Incredibly attentive service from everyone in the store.
Attention to detail in ensuring each component of suit fitted.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dyfed Menswear.

Diane and the team at dyfed menswear made me feel really comfortable on my visit, very welcoming feeling and I can tell they are all excellent at what they do. Would recommend to anyone fitting for a wedding or an occasion requiring this service.

Visited the Cross Hands shop today with my husband. The service we had was first class. Staff member was extremely helpful and within half an hour my husband had a beautiful suit , shirt , tie and shoes. Could not have asked for better . Diolch am wasanaeth arbennig .

Fantastic staff and I couldn't be happier with my suit.

I was extremely nervous and had no idea what I was looking for but Katie was extremely sensitive, knowledgeable, and gave just the right amount of suggestions and input for me to decide what I wanted but with her expert guidance. I honestly haven't had service that good in a long time. She's a star.

Absolutely incredible customer service went above and beyond. So patient and understanding with half our party in blackburn. Accommodated us whenever requested at short notice for fittings and the quality of the suits were incredible. Very reasonable price and the men looked amazing. Nice place and the people there were very helpful

First time ever going to Dyfed menswear. My son needed a suit for my his prom really helpful and friendly staff, amazing choice. Really good experience from start to finish.highly recommended, will definitely be using them again for our next occasion.

Just been there to buy a suit. Got to say what a lovely place. Literally first time ever I've bought a suit had the trousers altered there and then. I walked out with a lovely 3 piece suit. Was served by Emma who was fantastic and Phil, but all the staff were amazing. A fantastic price as well. If you want a suit that's the place to go. I'll be back to get a shirt. Thank you.

First class service. We had a very special Military event to attend in London and my son and I choose to wear Welsh kilts. Diane was excellent. Very patient and accommodating, put us at ease and made us feel very special. Nothing was to much. Highly recommend Dyfed Menswear

Excellent service from start to finish. We hired 8 adult suits and 3 little boy suits from Dyfed Menswear for our wedding in June. We received great service from all staff from our very first appointment. All fitting appointments were very professional and it was really good to have them altered then and there at the final appointment so we could take them away with us. The suits were in great condition, very well looked after, as were the shoes (all the men said it was great to have hired shoes as they were comfortable after being worn in by others!). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for wedding suits.

Great place. New show room is spectacular.
We went on a Wednesday without an appointment and was met by the lovely Katy.
She was very helpful and within minutes she had us up stairs trying styles on.
Her suggestions were such a big help and she even managed to sweet talk my 6 year old into trying some stuff on. Left feeling amazing thank you Katy and Dyfed menswear. Can't wait for the big day now.
