River View Touring Park

Lovely site, very friendly people that we spoke to. They have some cwtch that you can sit in of an evening with your friends. It also has log fires inside them. River flowing along the side of the site, will be revisiting in the summer. Free bus to local pub called Bird in hand. Also we'll worth a visit.

Really good caravan site. Very secure. We stayed on the lower level but there was another section up another connecting road, but this was out of sight.
The pitches were immaculate and decent size and the toilet/shower block immaculate too. Very good service block for water and emptying also. A nice quiet site by a fast-flowing river.
There's a little shop selling essentials and the owners are close-by and contactable by phone. Electric hook-up is pay-at-the-end. You have to note your reading when you leave and pay what is owed. Ours was £1.12 after four wintry days and nights.
Well placed for Swansea, Mumbles and the Brecon Beacons.
Would definitely visit again

Great little site! Good location near a main road (but well shielded from it) with a five min drive to lots of amenities including a large supermarket and BRILLIANT pub/restaurant (The Bird In Hand). Clean shower/dishwashing/toilet block with a total of six nice hot showers available - we visited in November so had no wait for showers, but the site has dozens of pitches so this could be an issue at busier times. There's an on site bar that looks fab from the outside (although we went mid-week so couldn't see it in action) - kind of a barn/hoedown feel from what I could see. Owners very friendly and helpful, and access for cars is secure but very easy. We stayed in a glamping pod and this was warm and comfy even in November. The pods seem a little tired and there were little things that could easily be done to improve them - the TV didn't work when we arrived and i only realised on day two that this was because the aerial had been knocked/blown - got an a chair and straightened it and hey presto we got TV. A wall mirror, a few hooks, maybe a towel rail and a doormat inside (as well as out) would all be useful additions. Original power sockets have died and new ones added alongside, but the new ones are already tired and tatty. All little things - not sure why they aren't being sorted as they'd make a big difference. All in all though a great little break :o)

Love this site friendly and lots to do kid love it and there's a great no kids area for those who just want to chill x lovely dog walks. Great shop with local craft and local Welsh produce x

Charming friendly site. Everything you need close by. Electricity charge very reasonable. Extremely helpful staff. Very accommodating when you have a problem. Highly recommended site, prices in line with most similar sites. Stunning food from the food van , reasonably priced with a great selection, along with a great outdoor bar serving a great range of drinks with very reasonable prices. A covered seating area where live music is played at selected dates all ads to make Riverside a ideal site for all. If you have motobility issues the adult section being flat is ideal.

Excellent site with really accommodating staff.
Stayed in both summer 2022 and summer 2023 in a tent with electric hook up.
They are very helpful during check in and even provided us with an extension for our electric hookup due to the pitch layout.
There are 2 main areas for tents to pitch, but the areas are integrated with hard standing areas for caravans.

Good facilities for kids with a slide/climbing frame, as well as a green area with goal posts.

There's also a bar with live music events and exceptionally well priced drinks.

Toilet/shower block is very clean.

Very family friendly and would highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the Glamping pod, it was clean abd tidy, had a minioven, fridge, and being next to the river you have the wonderful sound of water.
There is also a bar and food hut on the site. It's close to some lovely places to visit.

The Metropolitan Boutique Suites were a haven of sophistication in the heart of the city. The suites' chic design and modern amenities provided a comfortable urban refuge. The concierge was attentive and helped us discover trendy local spots. The central location made exploring the city's cultural scene a breeze. A stay here is a taste of cosmopolitan luxury.

We booked a pod here for the week. It was facing the river/stream. Well equipped with a mini grill and two hot plates, cutlery plates etc. Very peaceful. Toilet block half a minute walk from the pod with two showers, wash basins, toilets, hair dryer and very hot water. We never had to queue for any of these facilities and they were immaculate. On site food wagon on certain days and very good food. Bar on site, although we didn't visit it. Would certainly recommend this place.

Just returned from a long weekend at this site. We took our dogs and found the site to be very dog friendly. They have a great bar and have just opened a food van which was brilliant for breakfast in the mornings and stunning burgers in the night. All staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We booked in here at short notice. Lovely site, the toilets are spotlessly clean and hot. The site is separated into three fields. The adults only was fully booked so we were in the top field for families. The is a little road noise and about 20/30 steps down to the facilities so anyone with mobility issues would be better to make sure they are in the adult area.

What a beautiful short break, the owners are so welcoming and friendly. The site is clean and quiet, the pods where a decent size and next to the river (pod 10 and 11) are put in a perfect place.
The bar up the top of the park has a nice space to sit in the sun and have something nice and cold to drink.
For these prices I didn’t expect it to be so nice.
I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Super welcoming and friendly hosts, and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble! Immaculate site, very well kept. I've been to a few campsites where it felt really claustrophobic and as many campers packed into small spaces as possible, but River View is lovely and spacious and plenty of room for my daughter to play. We have already booked to go back for a long weekend and we can't wait. Beautiful scenic walks all around as well. Really impressed with this place! See you soon, 5 ⭐

Spent 4 days here in our motorhome. Great site. Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will go here again.

Just come back from here and I must say this is an excellent little site. Toilets and showers are very clean and in general the whole site is clean and well maintained. There's a lovely river running at the bottom by the caravans and a small shop. Didn't go to the bar but will next time we stay. Will definitely return.

Fantastic, quiet and relaxing. Stay g in the glamping pod in the family field. A good size pod, with a seating area outside, which gets the sun most of the day, and stunning when the sun goes down, while enjoying a beer or 2

Lovely site with clean facilities and ample hot water. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Site in a lovely location surrounded by farm land, wooded area and a stream.

Wow! What a wonderful weekend we had at this site. Friendly staff, facilities clean and tidy. My boys absolutely loved playing in the river and the bar area was fabulous, with a fire pit to cook our marshmallows. Will definitely be back!
