The Red Kite Inn

A great welcome when we visited The Red Kite Inn today. We all had a 2 course Sunday lunch which was superb. Plenty of food served and to a very high quality.
The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The drinks were reasonably priced. It also had a great atmosphere which is sadly lacking in many pubs these days.

Our first time to visit here but certainly not our last. Five stars, very well deserved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely atmosphere and staff. The food was brilliant and there was a lot of it. Probably the nicest sweet potato fries I have ever had. Shame we were too full to try a dessert but there is always next time. Prices are a little high but still highly recommended for a quiet meal out.

Took my wife here on Sunday for a carvery. I had beef pork and turkey, the beef melted in my mouth. Very generous portions. Had the homemade cheesecake for desert which was very tasty. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Have already booked agim for next Sunday. Well worth a visit

Went here for dinner today after going to see the alpacas 🦙 with my kids and wife.
Great service and great food. Highly recommend. The chef and waitress were very attentive and done everything they possibly could for us.
Hopefully we can go back soon and take other members of the family with us. This place deserves 5 stars for sure! Thank you 🙏

Had a lovely family meal here. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We had two people with food allergies and they were fantastic about accommodating us. The food was really good and the portion sizes were generous. I was amazed at what you get for very reasonable prices. Can't recommend enough.

We booked a Christmas dinner for 14 of us. Everything was exceptional! The food was exquisite and the service outstanding. All of ours needs and wishes were accommodated. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our night perfect!

Went for a last minute Sunday carvery, before going we wasn't expecting much but to our delight it was absolutely stunning! Staff were outstanding especially the head chef, they kept checking how we all was and made sure we had everything we wanted. Definitely will be returning

We have just had a Sunday lunch and the food was delicious. It was very well made, hit and generous portions. All the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It was a lovely atmosphere and we had a very warm welcome. It was a special birthday event and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Very highly recommended. We will definately be going again soon.

Myself and my family had a birthday meal there in July.. and the staff were fantastic and made our birthday very special. Service was fantastic and the staff are very happy and friendly. Also we were satisfied with all our meals.. food was stunning. Definitely will return

We have had great meals there and also arranged a surprise birthday party. Plenty of room for the band and 50 people. Food was great and the bar is just awesome.

Friendly, helpful staff the majority of the time.
Found it really easy to book in & pay for.
There is an option for breakfast & there is a bar & restaurant on the premises.
Really clean. The ensuite was a bit 'tired' looking, but very clean & since we went with the budget accommodations I have no complaints & find it easily rivals travelodge.

My wife and I had our wedding anniversary meal and it was delicious and the staff were very friendly and professional. The last time we came here was just before the pandemic hit and even back then it was a nice experience. I would recommend the red kite Inn to anyone and we will be coming here again and again 5 stars 🌟

Went for a Takeaway Sunday Carvery. Was absolutely delicious. Really good portion for the price, perfectly cooked and nice and hot when I picked it up. Staff were very helpful. Will be back on Sunday!

Lovely food with fantastic staff. Friendly place to bring your family up for a meal as well as having a drink. Can cater for large groups as well and can arrange entertainment for a party.
Clean rooms to stay in with breakfast should you be on your travels at a very good price.

10 of us has a gorgeous meal here today for my mams 70th. Tristan's service was amazing and the meals were huge! We'll definitely be back!!

Just come home from having a three course Sunday dinner. Every part of it was piping hot and delicious! Everyone was very friendly and polite and the atmosphere along with the lay out were flawless. Will definitely be back!

The food selection is not the most expansive, however what they do provide is of good quality and fairly priced. Ample parking at front and rear. Friendly staff and good service. Perfect for a family meal. High chairs available for toddlers.
