This is definitely on my "go-to" list of places. The food is absolutely stunning. You have to try the Welsh cakes.... not too many mind ... save some for me! For a little shop, the variety of food and drink is enviable. Lots of different drinks, beers, cakes, pies, chocolates etc loads of things to tempt you here. We bought 5 welsh cakes.... they didn't make it back to the car park. All freshly home made. If you're passing...pop in, you'll definitely come away with something really nice and top quality. 5 stars from me without a doubt.

Superb find on Cowbridge main street, lovely brunch / bistro style coffee shop offering something different to the franchised chain coffee shops available. Even though I am a meat eater I tried the veggie breakfast as it sounded interesting and wasn't disappointed in any way. The meat options coming out around us also looked excellent.
Very tasty, the homemade baked beans are a must!

These guys have a great menu, well executed, and decent coffee to wash it down with.

Well worth the trip out from Cardiff for a spot of brunch. Good job!

Popped in here on Wednesday afternoon and discovered some freshly made Welsh cakes. Absolutely fantastically deliciously gorgeous and so yummy. I ate five in a row. What a greedy person I am.

But they were so delicious. I couldn’t stop eating them LOL. Please support this local business and buy some of the best freshly made Welsh cakes in South Wales. Trust me I’ve eaten quite a few throughout Wales in my time

Lovely selection of goods with friendly staff and atmosphere. Great selection of Welsh products that we have enjoyed and sent across Europe.
The freshly made food is superb. Homemade sausage rolls are amazing and the pies are so tasty. They have a lovely crust. And the Chelsea buns and cakes are lush.

Great Deli with loads to offer. We have been in the area for the past week and visited twice both times coming away with a magnificent pie which we cooked back at our holiday apartment. If I lived closer I think I could live on there hand crafted pies for the rest of my days. The turkey ham with cranberry and parsnips was the best festive pie I've eaten this year. 😋 and there selection of local crafted beers and small batch gins is just another reason to pop in. Fantastic place with brilliant staff 😀

Elephant and Bun catered for a family Christmas get together and I can thoroughly recommend them.
The food was freshly cooked and very well received. Portions were very generous and best of all, the food was great tasting.

Popped in for some beer. Great selection of local breweries. Not unreasonably priced considering you’re buying craft beer. From a delicatessen. In Cowbridge (£3.50 for a 500ml bottle). Interesting shop with plenty to pique your interest food and drink wise. Attentive and polite young gentleman served me. Worth popping in. I’d be surprised if you left without anything.

Lovely well stocked deli. I stupidly forgot/left on the countertop a selection of locally brewed spirits which I was purchasing as a present for my uncle. I only realised this when I was on route home to London.

I called the deli and eventually spoke to Simon (who originally served me). Not only did he remember me a week later but said he ran up and down the high street looking for me as soon as he realised I had left/forgotten the spirits.

Long story short Simon kindly posted the item to me.
