Julian was fantastic. I had a slow pressure tyre leak so I sent him an email on Sunday evening and he saw me first thing Monday morning. Quite simply the best customer service I have ever had from a Tyre specialist. Julian talked me through everything he was doing, was completely professional and incredibly friendly. Would recommend to anyone as the customer service and value for money is exceptional.

Amazing service as always, lovely friendly face and always so welcoming. Julian got my tracking done he allowed me to drop my car off and go back to work and by the time I had finished it was ready waiting for me to collect and he even stayed later than his closing time.Recommend this place to anyone, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Julian / JD tyres is superb, I highly recommend for 4 wheel alignment. 4 wheel alignment isn't new but seems to be quite niche. Having the machines to do the alignment is one thing, being able to interpret the data and set the car up is another! Julian has got it, very methodical and patient, he got my old BMW back to the way it's supposed to handle, and to top it all he is a genuinely nice man.

Julian was extremely helpful. Fitted me a new tyre and fixed my wheel tracking whilst explaining everything he was doing so I understood the tracking process. Super friendly and good price will definitely be back again. Cheers!

Rang JD Tyres and got a price for a set of tyres for my partners car, he came back as only being a few quid more expensive than the big chains and I'd much rather support some one local. Asked him to do the tracking and the front pads at the same time. Great service, very friendly and polite with a good price, will be my go to in Chippenham now.

Again like many others I was recommended JD Tyres and Julian customer service and knowledge is incredible, amazing experience and all round nice guy making it so easy to get 2 tyres changed at a very good price as well! Will no doubt be returning in the future

Popped in on the off chance to see if I needed my tyres changed, the amount of tread and wear was explained to me and I was advised to replace them which I did
I also had the alignment checked for free and the results were explained , the tracking needed doing and it was no trouble to do it there and then . Tracking and 2 new tyres at a reasonable price.
I was always kept in the loop about what was happening.
Customer service was excellent .
I left a happy and more knowledgeable customer.

Spoke to Julian today. He stayed there and waited for me to get back from work. He is the most honest and genuine person I have ever met. He sorted out a puncture I had in my tyre (drove over a screw) after a quick repair and a pleasant chat. I can hand on heart say will be going back to him again. Most pleasant experience ever.

My car battery died whilst I was in a supermarket garage in Chippenham. Rang Julian and he couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted out a replacement and came out to me to fit it. Very reasonably priced and a really nice guy to deal with. Will definitely be using him again for tyres, exhaust, etc. and would recommend him to anyone!

Great service and prices. Had a couple of tyres on the front and alignment adjusted. Even walked me through the whole process and provided a printout of the before and after alignment readings.
Very pleased with the service and made to feel a valued customer. Will use again.

Julian was exceptional! I needed help urgently with a puncture on my run flat tyres and he made it seem so simple. I had been round to a few others mechanics in the area but no one could help. Julian took his time to explain the issue and had me back on the road in about 30mins. Thank you for an exceptional service will definitely be back again!

Very Highly Recommended. My car needed a 4 wheel alignment check and I cam across JD Tyres. The previous reviews were very positive so I contacted Julian and he fitted me in the next day. Julian had the latest lazer/digital alignment technology and went to great lengths to explain the readings, implications and the changes he needed to make (all in front of me). Julian is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and a delight to deal with. If you need anything to do with tyres then you will not go far by giving Julian a go. Thank you Julian.

Julian at JD tyres was brilliant when my front brakes needed fixing. All repaired on the day and he took time to explain and show me what the problem was (worn pads). He even checked my tyre pressures and reset a warning light on the dash. Would highly recommend!

After hitting a curb and the end of a low wall in a car park on a Friday afternoon, I called the RAC who arranged to tow me to an overnight garage in Bristol for a repair on Monday. I called the local garage who did not have my tyre size so called JD Tyres in Chippenham. Julian offered to order the trye and come out to me and fit the new one. He did all this with a smile and has restored my faith in 'good things can happen' and there are still good people in the world. Thank you Julian for your prompt service, super fast turn around and getting me back on the road with my kids.

I would not hesitate to recommend Julian. He is a kind person offering the sort of service that just doesn't exist anymore. Stop using Kwik Fit and the other tyre chains and go to JD Tyres in Chippenham.

Great experience at JD Tyres! I needed the wheel alignment & balancing on my GLC sorting out, after a certain well known fast fit chain messed it up.
Julian took the time to do a thorough job, explaining as he went. Excellent knowledge & friendly, highly recommended, will be using again without doubt.
