Making an appointment with Mortgage Advisor Chris Astill was one of the best decisions I have made as a First Time Buyer. He patiently explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions and queries about the different options available. Chris kept in regular contact and provided really useful updates as I moved through the process. Thanks to Chris I secured an offer on a great mortgage product that I would not have been able to secure had I approached the lenders directly. Chris, it has been a pleasure and thanks very much!

Well today I collect the keys for our new adventure! I'm nervous to say the least but all I can say is the team at Hall & Benson Alfreton have made the whole experience so much more pleasurable! A big shout out to Chris Astill especially, he was always on the end of the phone no matter how much I needed him. He always explained everything to me & kept me updated & if he couldn't he would always go away & find the answers. He was my Estate Agent & Mortgage Broker & it was so much easier having everything under one roof. And right at the last minute he saved us money on our mortgage as the interest rates had dropped since we first applied! Don't get me wrong it is still a very stressful thing buying a house so to have a team on your side & help as much as possible definitely made a huge difference for a working mum! Thanks guys.

I can not shout out loudly enough, the great experience that i received from these people, they hand held me through each step not only of selling my home but assisted me in the purchase of the end property, I found Chris, Kate, Meghan & James to be exceptionally customer focused

As first time buyers, the whole mortgage application process would have been a daunting and confusing task had it not been for Chris.

He was always happy to help and answer any questions we had, and when we did experience a problem during the process - whereby the lender reduced the amount they were willing to lend after our initial mortgage offer expired - Chris was extremely helpful and gave us confidence that he would do everything he could to resolve the issue, which he did.

While our solicitors weren't as helpful as they should have been, we felt that Chris was the one person we could rely on throughout the whole process.

We would not only recommend for first time buyers like ourselves to have a mortgage advisor to help navigate them through the process, but specifically for them to choose Chris.

We had a great experience with our purchase with Chris Astill. He explained everything in layman's terms and recommended the best provider to go with. The screen-share process made it much simpler too to see what was going on too. Chris was patient despite my questions and was quick with updates. I would highly recommend him if you are purchasing a property.
