Moving House is supposedly one of the most stressful occasions ... Well far from it when you use this incredible estate agent! I cannot recommend highly enough the care, professional, help and most of all the 'human touch' both Serena and Ben displayed in their customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and each query was dealt with promptly and efficiently!
From start to finish, despite all the challenges bought about during the pandemic, everything went smoothly and any issues that came along were dealt with accordingly! Refreshing to visit an agent that still has customer service. Was greeted by a lady (Serena) who was very helpful and informative, followed up by a viewing with Ben, who too was very helpful, and didn't rush us in and out.
Found this very refreshing after other local agents seemed to be very dismissive and aloof.
