Dalton Surgery

Have been going to Dalton Surgery for a number of years. Staff at reception are always polite and welcoming. Dr Khokar also takes the time to listen to your issues, considering the strain the NHS is under I think they do a great job.

I spoke with Sharon at the reception (Dalton Surgery) and I was so touched by the professionalism, kindness and compassion she showed. Besides her excellent customer service skills, Sharon listened and was ready to help me. I love Dalton surgery for the services they offer! Thank you Sharon for your help and for being outstanding in what you do!

Dr. Kohker is a good doctor, he treated me with patience and understanding, and he explains everything really well. The reception staff are great too :-)

I spoke to Mathew today very pleasant and professional, my problem was dealt with straight away and he was extremely well mannered keep up the good work Mathew hope to speak to you again.

I am a new patient and already unhappy with them at reception they dont do there job properly Requested letter mid August, told me to bring money brought them in one receptionist told me not to pay until the letter is done then after a week been chasing this up, other receptionist told me nothing will be done until payment gonna be receieved then secretaries will do the letter, brought a payment again, after another week when it came to September I ve been chasing the letter up told me that Doctor had to do it and is on holiday. Total mess up! First is the payment messing up about then they say secretary will do the letter and now the doctor but will not do it because is on holiday.

Made a leaver without being informed - Now in a situation where I need a repeat prescription and can't be helped.
Absolutely no compassion or understanding. Very Black and white. Awful experience.

Wont answer phone in the mornings as it goes from message to queue then they hang up, call into surgery to make appointment to be told i have to phone on the day? - round and round we go - receptionist thinks she owns the place

I can't get an appointment.
I can get a telephone appointment in 15 DAYS!!! Time.
I no longer believe there are any doctors in there, the new extension is just to accommodate the telephone answering machine.
USELESS.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
